I love this brand it’s my favourite place to get clothes however I ordered one thing a MONTH ago and still haven’t got it and get the same replies everytime I email and am worried I won’t get the item or my money back.

Order arrived, minus one tracksuit. Have had one email saying they will look into it......nothing since. I have already paid for the missing item. Clothing that did arrive was good quality and daughter likes, but lack of response from the company for missing item, already paid for takes away from this. Will not be ordering anything again !!

TLDR: Fantastic shop. 6 day delivery to London. Great quality. All items arrived correctly. 10/10 ngl The order has come within 6 days. Of course it says 2-3 days delivery, but I'm not special and have a bit of patience to realise that this isn't Amazon prime; this is an incredibly wavy & quality garms shop with (I'm confidently assuming) more demand than capacity can handle at the moment. Eitherway, the clothes: 1) Arrived in great packaging, with superb labels etc. Really professionally done. 2) Top notch quality fabrics. Warm, nicely heavy (i.e. not trashy thin Wish-ass cotton but the proper good stuff), sits great; perfect to be honest. 3) The print is great. Everything looks exactly like on website. 4) All my 6 items arrived. All arrived in the correct size too. 5) The fit is perfect - I measured myself, chose the size, and all clothes (coats, tracksuits, jumper) fit me perfectly, just like they fit the models perfectly. P.S.: I'm not sponsored, just bored at home and really like this company. I'd also upload pics but I cba lol sorry, but as I said all clothes are like seen on screen.

I ordered a small in the Chals shirt and received a medium! It’s huge. They won’t resend the correct size and also want me to send it back which is $42 due to the UK. My household has Covid and I have tried this shirt on and touched all on it, they still want me to send it back. Customers shouldn’t be responsible for mistakes the order picked made. It’s ridiculous and very poor customer service. I’ll never order again after this!

Words fail me as the quality of their items are amazing! Why I’ve given one star is because I bought a sweat top with matching bottoms but the bottoms were to small. I sent back the bottoms in exchange for a large. After numerous emails asking where my item was as I paid for Royal Mail signed for and I got a notification that they had received the item back it took over four weeks to get my exchange which instead of a large bottoms I received a large top. I now have a medium top and a large top and can’t get anyone to help me resolve this situation. They do not have a dedicated customer service team as you either contact them by email or Instagram and the responses are either generic or no response. I am now out of pocket and have two tops and no bottoms to match the original. I’ve made a decision that I will NEVER deal with this company again as how can I return an item with the correct paperwork and item number and you send me the wrong item and now I’m supposed to pay again to return the wrong item? And I think the worst part for me is the lack of communication as I’ve had to resort to contacting them on their Instagram page to get some sort of response. Save your money and deal with companies that have people you can speak with as they clearly don’t care!!!!

I ordered both sweats sets and the only thing that came with the top it never came with the bottles I would never recommend this company again

It takes their customer service weeks to respond to an email. They are slow with resolving issues and not helpful to their international customers.

1* Would not buy again. Defective item. Costumer service didn't solve the issue. Costumer service isn't helpful at all and all their replies seem to be just copy/paste, not even taking the time to read what the costumer wrote. My jeans arrived damaged, with broken zip. Contacted costumer service who replied with a link with instructions on how to return. AT MY OWN COST. Which I think it's not fair. It is not my fault the zip was broken and therefore I didn't want to pay for returns without knowing if I'd get refunded for it. Sent 3 separate emails (from 17/12/21 until today 05/01/22) and never got a proper reply acknowledging the issue. Regarding the quality; obviously haven't worn the jeans as I need to replace the zip. T-shirt seems to be a good material however it's way too thick and heavy and even during winter I find it too warm. Definitely won't be using during summer. Same with the joggers, found them a bit on the heavy side and too thick. Have worn them a couple of days and they are comfortable, apart from getting to hot sometimes. Didn't get damaged during first washing but only time will tell.
