“I did not recieve my order it says delivered but no parcel has been received. I did not receive tracking info when my order was shipped and when I did receive tracking and entered my postcode it says it’s incorrect very upset as I had an outing to go to and now have not received my order”

“PLEASE DO NOT RISK ORDERING FROM HERE!! I really wish I had read the reviews first as I would have NEVER placed an order if I had. I placed my order on the 28th February with the expectation of it being delivered within 2-3 working days. It is now the 21st March and almost a month later I am still waiting for the courier to receive my parcel and it be delivered. Please don't risk it, not worth it at all. Not even sure if I'm going to get my money back.”

“I ordered a tracksuit and loved it. I brought it on the sale for £30. But sadly the sizing was too big. So I specifically asked for an exchange and wrote the exchange on the exchange paperwork sent back with the tracksuit. Sent it back with recorded delivery for £6.50. Next few days I receive an email with a gift voucher for the price I paid. And a small email saying to use this to buy the items back, only to see the price had now gone up to £70 for the full tracksuit. I replied explaining I wasn’t happy with this and would like them to either honour the price or refund my money to my account. It’s been 5 days and no response. It’s sad because the clothes are lovely even if they are bigger than what they say. So I now have a voucher I cannot use as I simply can’t afford to spend £70 on a tracksuit. And 6.50 lost due to sending back. Not happy with the customer service here at all. So I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you know you will keep the item 100% regardless of fit or faults. Also had some friends that wanted to order but now they’re not so keen. Really disappointing. Wanted to give them time to reply but as it’s been 5 days I assume they plan on ignoring customers.”

“Awful customer service. Awful delivery service and at this rate, I will NEVER be ordering from her after my previous experience. Extremely late delivery and all I got was an apology! Not acceptable considering I paid for the higher delivery rate. Utterly disgraceful.”

“Placed order on the 3rd of March which stated 2-3 working days delivery. We are now currently on the 21st March and my package hasn't even been delivered to my courier, which means it is still at their warehouse and has not been shipped yet. When I first queried why it was taking so long, they had the audacity to tell me "Please take your time and wait for your package". I have emailed multiple times since then - no update, no resolution, no ETA, nothing. The customer service is terrible and cannot provide you with an update where it is are how long it is going to be. By the looks of the reviews, most people are in the same situation as me. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here as you more than likely aren't going to receive your package and any queries you have will get responded to few and far between.”
