“Honesty just appalled I’ve tried contacting the company every way possible to chase my order as I live in a shared place and wasn’t even home?! and it shows it been delivered but I’ve weren’t even in the city on the date I’ve chased this up got one or two responses as I need a conformation if it’s be delivered by Xmas nothing apart from an email requesting patience. I honestly now have to go out of my way on my only day off before the holidays to try and find myself something else to wear and I’m being refused my funds back? So I’ll be aware.”

“Ironically I’ve been asked to write a review. I cannot honestly comment on the quality of product since I’m yet to receive it after ordering nearly three weeks ago. I can’t say that I’m impressed with customer service either. They haven’t given me any new information other than there are delays because of covid….. which is understandable but to take the money and not state that at the time of ordering is a bit unfair. More frustrating that I keep receiving marketing emails when all I’d like is the product I have ordered in time for Christmas as it’s a gift. Having emailed the main customer service, made contact on instagram both with the website and the founder, I’d sincerely hope that the situation is rectified soon and I can leave a more positive review”

“I ordered a jacket recently and although it was delayed from 3 days to 2 weeks...it is Christmas and a world pandemic...I was really pleased with it when it arrived and the quality us good .Customer service was good with emails replied to ..despite what other online reviews said .Will definitely order again .”

“The purchase was literally similar to the website, even better in person tbh! I love it. I was worried about purchasing a tracksuit from the men section but I took the risk and it was worth it. Not to mention the price I got it for due to the sale was amazing!”
