“Had to give it one star as I wouldn’t be able to comment however they do not know how to treat customers and do not provide refunds. Not only did I not receive an item I purchased, they took the money and then credited me a gift card instead of a refund. I am still awaiting a refund from a pair of jeans I returned over a month ago. Never known a company like it and won’t use them again. Check out their reviews regarding refunds and Youl see what I mean. Very poor. Should not be in business.”

“Jeans I ordered looked terrible in real life and I had to pay for shipping to return them. I then couldn’t get a refund for my jeans and had to use a gift card for the website to make up for it. Prices for the same item are also different on different devices. Will never shop here again.”

“Shopping online with JK Attire has been disastrous. My last 3 orders have not been received. The last 2 recent orders I paid next day delivery but never received on expected date and 1 week on , goods have still not been dispatched …A previous order made on 2nd march was never even dispatched. I emailed on a daily basis and no joy. They refused to refund me back into my bank account even though my order was never sent out, eventually giving a credit note even though it was my right to have a money refund as they had broken the contract by not dispatching order. In my opinion there is no loyalty to the paying customer and they take money under false pretences. If you search JK Attire on Trust Pilot you will see review upon review of complaints where money has been taken but goods never delivered and no refunds. Shame, because the actual clothes are unique and stylish and the orders I have received in the past (3 out of 6) quality and style is 100%, I do find the oversized tops much larger than size charts suggest and you need to downsize …. I am waiting to see if my recent orders come to fruition … but I feel JK Attire are not an honorable company -unfortunately. (Based on my experiences so far shopping with this company)”

“Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered 3 t shirts weeks and weeks ago to find 2/3 were the complete wrong design and wrong size. I understand mistakes happen but the way I’ve been dealt with has been nothing short of a disgrace. I am still out of pocket without my t shirts. Horrifying customer service.”

“Awful company with very poor customer service, very very unhelpful. I ordered from JK on 19/02. It is now 30/03 and I have not received my order. I have had to chase this many times and they have offered me no solution or offer or a refund. They refuse to give me back my money. Replies are very few and far between and unhelpful, asking me to remain patient when they have stolen my money. I would never order here again and have recommended my friends to do the same.”
