“Still ain’t received my order and it’s been over 2 weeks”

“I received incorrect item twice . Returned twice . Postage costs hasn’t been refunded , the correct item still hasn’t been received , no courtesy offered . Dealing with this issue with customer service Alex for over month . I have been asked to provide the same info four times already which I did . Back and forth on the same topic and still no refund . Bought so many items from this company and that’s the treatment I get . Fighting for my £30 . Ridiculous . Totally unprofessional .”

“IN LOVE!!! With my coat! It’s so comfy and sizing is perfect. A lot of brands having sizing way off but JK are SPOT ON! The coat is so warm and goes perfectly with my Nickname of CHAOS. Delivery was super Quick and arrived in perfect condition xx”

“Very poor customer service, paid for delivery for it not to show up. I had to chase down them through instagram took over 24+ hours to get back to my dm once replied they stated there was a back log on deliveries and they had a problem with their systems etc the member of the team did say they would sort it out and apologies, appreciate that I got the delivery however as a paying customer I should have had more light on my delivery rather than me chasing it up. Customer service 2/5, Quality 4/5.”

“Awful customer service. There’s no number to speak to anyone. I returned my order way back in jan 2022 and am still waiting for the refund 2 months later! Each time I contact customer service they tell me exactly the same thing which is to allow longer. Disgusting customer service.”
