I drowned my Fitbit and it started acting up eventually not responding to buttons or screen. Sent it for repair and about a week it's working like new. They keey you informed of the steps and repairs needed. Will definitelly be using in the future. Awesome!

Great service. Apple quoted me $139 + shipping to diagnose and fix the problem with a $149 option to buy new beats headphones if they couldn’t fix it. $70 and 7 days later, they'd been sent to Joes, fixed and returned. Excellent communication, great service, AND saved money while keeping a product out of a landfill. Winning!

I was a bit skeptical at first ,sending in Beats headphones BUT I am so glad I found Joes! They let me know when they received the package, was quick to let me know the extent of repair vs a trade in. Prompt response on emails and text.Got my item shipped back within 4 days. Will use them again if needed and will refer to friends and family. Thanks Joes!

All parts and tools came quickly, repair was even easier with linked online video, $77 to replace broken headband vs $300 for new Beats headphones...thanks Joes GE.

Great. I hardly every write reviews, unless i am disgusted or very impressed. My apple watch screen started to crack, then came completely off. I was wary at first to send out my watch to anyone. Joes took great care of me though. The process to return was made smooth by them, and the final product looked like it did from the factory. It did take longer than expected, but the quality of their repair and their communication updates earned them 5 stars.

I sent in a pair of Powerbeats for repair. I was a little apprehensive at first but was very impressed with the professionalism, quality and speed of the work. I would absolutely not hesitate to use Joes GE again for any my electronic repair needs! Great job guys!!

I found Joes by googling Beats By Dre studio repair because Apple says it cost $200 to fix a friggin USB port. Which is insanity. But I’m super happy I did because Joes rules! I sent them my headphones in their case inside a small box with bubble wrap, using the shipping label they provided. They were in touch with me every step of the way from when it arrived until it left their shop. It was there and back in under two weeks and that’s florida/Washington. I was expecting not to see them for a month atleast. But they fixed my USB port and they are charging and working brand new. They also replaced my ear muffs for a small price, which I hear can be a pain if you don’t know what your doing. Highly recommend. Amazing customer service Amazing work Amazing price

Joe's GE fixed my FitBit Blaze that was instantly draining the battery after a charge. I thought it needed a new battery and I almost decided to replace it myself. I'm glad I didn't and sent it to Joe's GE instead because they diagnosed it and found a faulty back cover. Joe's GE put on a new back cover and my FitBit Blaze is like new. Service was very fast and communications from Joe's GE kept me totally informed thought the whole process. I highly recommend Joe's GE!
