“They are the best of doing what they do”

“Repair was good. Cost disclosure was horrible. Repair cost was indicated but shipping fees to Canada were not disclosed in repair estimates. Return shipping labelling was incorrectly labelled by Joes and ended costing me additionnal customs fees which I had to dispute, costing me time and postage fees. Do not recommend for foreign repairs as not worth all the inconveniences endured.”

We are also not in control of your countries customs and duty rates. We are in control of the repairs and getting the item back in your hands as fast as possible. “I was really concerned that I would have to buy a new pair of headphones when my Beats quit working. I found Joes GE and reluctantly sent my headphones off for repair. I didn't know if I was wasting money on trying to fix the set I had or if I should just buy another pair. I received my Beats back quickly and in perfect working order! “I was a skeptic, just like you are. In this day and age, sending my son’s $300 headphones away seemednlike a scam. Joe’s in NOT a scam. They have impeccable communication and follow through, didnthe work, fast, perfect, on time, and told me every step of the way.
