“What an experience !!!!. My beats got broken, I went to apple store and just to see them they were charging a crazy amount, I look online and I find Joes Ge repair, I had some doubts and I called Joes team, since the first moment in the conversation they explain the easy process and steps to send and repair my headphones, an hour later they give me a call back, and ask if I had any questions, once again SERVICE, the process toke a week and my headphones were sent back like a brand New, thank you to Joes GE team great job.”

“Once they found my misplaced head phones, they repaired it effectively. Despite several contacts by me, I never got a response back nor did anyone ever tell me what happened to my head phones. It took over three months for the repair.”

Hey Al. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We always strive to deliver the best experience on the market. In regards to your case in particular. We sent an invoice and didn't receive a payment for three months. When we called four times and left voicemail we didn't get any calls back. Once you received your headphones we replied to all your questions immediately. If you have anything we can help you out with in the future just call us back :)

“It was a pleasure working with Joe's during my recent need to repair my wireless Beats Solo earphones. I was going to attempt to fix them myself but decided to send them to Joe's. This was a great decision. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and I had my earphones back in exactly 7 days from the time I sent it.
