Service and communication was on point. Very responsive to all my inquiries. Sent me free shipping postage for me to send in my grandson's head phones. I was notified in advance once they reviewed the damage of the repair cost. Cost was higher then the initial quote but I authorized the repair. The head phones looked, and worked great once I received them. My grandson was very happy with the results.

I was really excited to come across Joes GE, needing to repair water damage to my Fitbit. Not only did their services allow me to keep my watch out of the landfill, but as a whole Joes was very communicative, easy to coordinate with, and professional. Joes was great with the final fixing of my blue pair of Beats wireless headphones. I am also asking them what is the status of the Black pair that I sent them also for fixing approx. 4 weeks ago. I have not heard anything back on the second pair that I sent them for similar repairs approx a month ago. I would appreciate a formal response to the second pair that I sent them for repairs also. The whole process was super easy, just printed off the label and sent my headphones in... they fixed it and sent it back... I think the whole process took like a week... faster than I thought it would take.... can't recommend JOE'S enough!

Sent some well-used Beats for refurbishing and they came back looking BRAND NEW!! In total, it took about a week and half to get them back (shipping from and to NC), and the price was super reasonable. I would do business with Joes GE again, no hesitation. An excellent experience!

Allow Joes to take a look at your product. I did - and they said "It can be fixed" . Joes informed me about tbe fix, to what extent, the cost and about how long ro repair. They made the process as easy as possible, informing me or answering questions I may have. Then Joes proceeded to repair the headphones. I was completely satisfied with the repair. Great communication, reasonable pricing and fine workmanship. Thinking about a repair, definitely consider JOES GE.

Your people did a great job repairing my Fitbit 2. It took longer than expected to make the payment, most likely my fault finding the correct links. And when I received the Fitbit it was set for the wrong time zone. I called Joes GE and they told me about a tutorial to reset the Fitbit and the problem was solved. I would and have recommended Joes GE for repairs.

just received my Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro back from Joe's, never heard of these guys before. I called Samsung first to see if they would accept it for repair, but being out of warranty they asked for $150. that's almost what the darn thing cost originally!! ;( So I did some research online and found Joes .....I haven't been able to wear my watch in over a year because it was badly cracked. It came in the mail today, It is perfect!!! I just charged it up, synced to my phone and just like that, I'm back in business! The entire process was so easy and they kept in communication the entire time; it took less than 10 days (including weekend) to send, fix, return and wear my beautiful "newish" gear, thanks so much guys... you ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and less than half the cost Samsung offered. By the way, it is obvious the care and concern that went into this repair, my watch looks completely brand new! I am soooo ooh happy with Joe's...Highly recommend!!!
