“I placed an order with them and the website accepted a coupon. I got an email from them a week later saying they would not accept the coupon and that I needed to pay more for the product I ordered. I said to cancel my order and give me a refund. To be fair they gave me the refund but in the support email, they accused me of trying to hack their website or "circumvent" in their wording because it validly accepted the coupon that Honey tried. They literally accused me of trying to steal a $40 product. I have the support emails to back this up. They lost a customer for life. Please keep this companies toxicity from poisoning the Pro Audio Community and do not buy their products.”
“I bought an offer including entrance to the VIP material of JS. This is a joke guys. There are plugins there for "free" but only when you re-subscribe for the second time/ year. The leaflets they offer are very superficial and you can find the info free on youtube most of them released by themselves. The biggest joke is the Mix Critique they offer. They promote it much. Get in the VIP group and JS will give critique of your mixes. When you get in the VIP group you find out that because there must be hundred of critiques waiting to be done, either you'll wait until the end of time or you could pay +20$ to have your critique faster. This is ridiculous. Anyway, i'm not going to buy anything else from them since they try to fool their clients. Subscribe to the VIP to get a mix critique and the pay more to get it...sleazy.”
“I've bought multiple products from JST and I emailed them on two separate occasions asking why they only allow for 1 iLok license. Each time they were rude, arrogant and flat out lied. I posted on a community facebook group and one of their business associates jumped in to personally attack me once multiple people agreed that it's bs that they only offer 1 activation. I would never recommend buying or giving them a dime. I don't care if they make the best product in the world. No paying customer deserves to be treated like that.”
