Professional chef course was an absolute waste of time and money. I learnt nothing. The scripts were badly written and for the American market. Mostly no useful information and frequently just suggested looking things up on the internet. The 20 chapters of recipes at the end were basically pancakes and crepes, waffles, omelettes and french toast. I thought I would get a complimentary electronic pdf certificate, but sadly you have to pay an extortionate amount. A very bad experience indeed and therefore I have no interest in doing any of their other courses

I found this Company by accident.I am a customer of Oplex Careers and they are fantastic!I do not know why I chose to study with John Academy but I suppose I just wanted a change.I hold 40 PDF certificates with Oplex Careers. To be honest the course content here was superb I enjoyed it I think they have a better standard of course contents,videos were good for me. What I am not happy about is that they make you keep on paying meaning the money you pay in the beginning is not a one off.TOTAL SCAM,BECAREFUL,YOU WONT GET A CERTIFICATE FROM THE FIRST PAYMENT.ITS EVEN NOT WORTH PAYING FOR THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE THEY MAY NOT EVEN PROVIDE THE CERTIFICATE TO YOU.TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME,BEWARE,MONEY DOES NOT COME FROM TREES,WITH THE PANDEMIC ITS EVEN WORSE! GO ELSEWHERE,STUDY WITH OPLEX CAREERS,THEY ARE HONEST.

We clearly state on the course page either you buy it on our website or from a third-party reseller that you have to pay for the certificate separately. We understand it may become disappointing latter if you do not notice that when purchasing the course, however, there are learners who do the courses to refuel their knowledge and don't actually wish to purchase the certificate. A complete waste of money, i bought a cake decorating course in the hopes it would help my career but it was all a bog joke, it used YouTube videos and just extracts from old outdated books. The "exams" are impossible to pass, the questions are worded as if a young child where writing them such as "What is the optional time if someone fails to attend classes at the morning?" and "Which of the following should you keep informed with but it’s not allowed in a broadcast?" and has more questions on other icing schools than actually decorating cakes. Really dissapointed.

One of the worst services I have received for a long time. The course itself nothing special. Waist of the money, and they never answer the phones, and if they do, they don't follow up your request. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. NOT WORTH IT.

The diploma in bee farming course is a total joke and is totally misleading and not worth anywhere near the price charged. In the course information it states each section of the modules will take between half an hour and an hour. All you have provided is a minute worth of text to read. The video is broken. You do not have permission to use youtube videos for this chargeable course. Where is your course material? Putting a bit of text on the screen and videos taken from you tube that are 2 - 14 minutes does not match the course information. You state the course takes 14 hours and 10 minutes. You do not provide content for 14 hours of study. I want a refund for being misled.

I accessed your page for the first time today looking forward a specific course. It was reduced in price, which actually I was happy to pay. Then several things happens that have dissuaded me: 1. Your page shot out a marketing pop up screen offering me a full free course if I signed up to your mailing list. I did. I received a code in the email. 2. I added the course to the basket. Your page automatically added a pdf certificate additional cost, which you ‘claim’ is at 50% off at a cost of £11. Do you honestly charge £22 for a pdf certificate which is automatically produced, with zero human interaction? 3. I applied the emailed code to the coupon box in the checkout. Not only did it not apply the ‘purported’ free nature of your offer, it gave me an error message saying that this code has expired. I’m sorry to say if this is the experience you give to new customers, I don’t want to experience what you’d do to existing customers. I thus bow out of your ‘amazing’ discounts and fake discount codes.

Hi I finished two courses and I dispute the certificate received. I didn't get any answer to all my emails about Course Certificate PDF vs Diploma Level 3 in : Aromatherapy, Holistic & Massage Therapy Course In your presentation shows Level 3 Diploma. But I have a big doubt about it. I received a pdf certificate and I paid for Diploma and the transcript. After so many phone calls and emails.... your answer is zero. I received a pdf certificate when I fail the test, in February. When I tried again and paid in full, in March 2021, scoring 125 p, I should get the right Diploma with the transcript, paid in full. After my complaints... no answer. I won't take any other courses because is wasting time and wasting money.

Yes, I have been very happy with my chosen courses. I can continue at my own pace, start when I want and finish when I want. The course prices are extremely good and I have every confidence in the service that if I have a problem that it will be rectified as soon as possible. ccgw .

I took the Teaching Assistant Complete Course (TA, SEN, Autism, ADHD & Dyslexia). The content in a whole is good but they are somehow disjointed, like they are not designed to be a one full course. Some chapters are delivered in American way and some others in British. Many duplications, poor formatting - the last chapter of Teaching Methodologies was impossible to understand, many parts have poor editing and makes you have to guess if the next header is part of the previous or a new one. Some of the supporting videos that they attached on each chapter can be just weird, like the first chapter and the video content delivery is a very thick ethnical accented lady (not British at all), the video doesn't work and cut off in the middle. I ordered the course with PDF certificate and yet it was not readily available on my dashboard when I completed the course and pass the final exam. I have to contact them by email and promised for it to be delivered within 24 hours and yet I still have to email them to check again after 36 hours. All and all it's a good basic course to get a basic understanding and certificate but not quite the best.

Disappointed that I completed 100% and the certificate appeared then disappeared when requested to print. This is now not available.
