“Good quality products, website is good. It took 2 and a half weeks to receive my order which was much longer than expected and I had to follow up after 2 wks to see where it was. Your competitors typically ship next day.”

Hi Gerard, it is stated on our website and in our order confirmation email that deliveries at this time of year can take up to 21 days to arrive. It's something we cannot avoid unfortunately. Glad to hear you are happy with the products.

“I bought a grafted tree that had a graft missing, tape still on grafts that had only been very recently done therefore there was every chance at they would not take. Had to drive all the way back there to return it.”

“Firstly I had to wait 16days for my order to be delivered I've ordered things from abroad and got them quicker secondly the plants were not in good condition the website was also unclear in its description of the plants so the plants were not what I needed I phoned and Darren was as helpful as he could be but I ended up settling for something I didn't want wont be ordering again Colette”

“The plant ordered on the online click and collect was wrapped as requested was a lovely specimen. However, my experience of click and collect method was anything but satisfactory. Firstly, the response via email was so slow that my suggested day and time for collection had expired before I got a response. Secondly, when I received the email to say when my plant would be available I called to the store around 2pm on the collection day but the plant had not come in yet from the supplier. I had a wasted journey to the store. Thirdly, as the holder of a Loyalty card I wanted to have my points added and this could only be done in store. I asked if there was a way of getting points while paying online but this wasn't actually answered. The points were added at a till. I was looked after well on my second visit to collect the plant.”

Hi Sheelagh, sorry to hear that your experience was not satisfactory. We try to never state an order is ready for collection unless physically there and ready so I am not sure how this happened. Unfortunately when our suppliers are short of stock delays cannot be avoided. We hope that you will visit us again soon.
