“You asked me to write a review to help you improve Customer satisfaction.... well I don’t think it can be improved. 5 stars all the way. Simple to navigate and order on your online shop. I even had a question about the plants that I purchased and I phoned the shop and I spoke with a lovely lady who was very helpful and informative. I can’t remember her name but give her a pay rise 😀. The plants were delivered really quickly and packaged well and in top condition. Also on top of all that they were great value for money. Even your postage cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending Johnstown Garden Center. Keep up the good work”

“i am delighted with my online purchases with Johnstown Garden Centre. This was my first time to order plants online and I was worried about buying plants without seeing them first, however they arrived in excellent condition. I have found their website very easy to use and also very informative . I will be ordering again soon and I would have no hesitation in recommending to a friend .”

“I purchased several plants for my garden online which I am so delighted with. Not only are they beautiful and very healthy plants but they arrived packaged so wonderfully. Not a plant out of place. I will be putting in another soon as their service is second to none. Top quality products and excellent delivery service. Thank you Johnstown garden centre.”

“I would recommend Johnstown Garden Centre very highly. I ordered some Lavender plants, which when ordering said would take up to 2 weeks to deliver. They were actually delivered within 4 days. They were packaged really securely and arrived really fresh and are now thriving!!”
