“This is my second time ordering online from Johnstown. The service could not be better, you are kept informed every step of the way and when the plants arrive they are brilliantly packaged and somehow still moist!! Fabulous experience and will definitely shop here again soon ,thank you”

“Found the site great as it was so easy to find what I was looking for.The plants arrived very quickly and in great condition as I was a bit worried about this but I should not have been. Would certainly recommend Johnston”

“I recently ordered a selection of garden plants from Johnstown garden centre. It was my first time ordering plants online so I was a bit worried about what condition they would arrive in. Delighted to say they were all very carefully and individually packaged and placed in a large cardboard box very securely. Also the quality of the plants were excellent. Would definitely recommend ordering from Johnstown garden centre. Thumbs up too to fastway couriers who delivered them all in one piece with tlc.”

“Hi I have already e mailed you with my thanks for how good your service is. I am very impressed with your service. I usually buy at your garden centre but needed this tree for present. I will remember you when I need presents as your delivery service is good. Fastway are very good . We are in business and use them all the time. Although they are changing their system , it will work smoothly after awhile I am sure. Kind regards and best wishes and happy gardening. I love it too. Anne Vigors.”

“We recently sought to make an online order but the website glitched when it came to checkout - I am sure that has since been addressed. I phoned the order through instead; the person who took the order was attentive and forgiving of my pronunciation of Latin names! We were told the order could take a week to arrive but it actually came within a day or two - each plant was carefully packed and labelled with instructions. Delighted with the service and will most certainly use you again.”
