“Web site had rare flowers, already grown and in buds, so no need to sow and pray it grows, Accepted all types of cards, payment was smooth and delivery was fast. HOWEVER the packaging was really badly done, some high stem flowers were broken and most leaves completely folded. Please prepare bigger paper packages for you tallest pots but also smaller ones to ensure the flowers are delivered with care, in perfect condition, in the future, thx!”

“Excellent quality of plants, especially the blueberry bushes. Only items not as good was one strawberry plant not supplied (albeit with apology) and one of the two that were supplied was quite tired. Would order again from them though as I feel that overall the plants are worth the higher prices compared with some suppliers.”

“They have a good range of unusual plants which can be ordered online. The shop itself is a treasure trove of lovely stuff - though you tend to buy more than you came in for as it's so nice.”

“I ordered online and everything came via courier beautifully packed with only one tree showing a little damage. I was however a little disappointed with some of the plants, the container sizes are specified but not the expected plant size. A specific plant I ordered for the pond was almost not identifiable as a plant, it was so small and in such poor condition. I'd recommend that a sizing is added, not only for the container but as an average of what you can expect the plant or tree to be.”
