“This was online shopping at its best. I ordered two potentilla shrubs late on Tuesday evening for collection. As I would be passing Johnstown on the Wednesday afternoon, I asked in the comments section if they could be ready for collection at 3.30-4.00pm, which was unreasonably short notice. The order was ready and the courtesy and service at Johnstown were excellent. Thank you. John.”

“All plants arrive beautifully packaged. Postage is more than reasonable. None of my purchased plants (and I've had a few!) looked like they were from the back of the bench tired and pot bound. I can't find fault anywhere. Happy Gardening!!”

“The plants I received are very good. However I would have to say that delivery is very slow - 2 weeks. It does state when you order to allow up to 2 weeks, however as I live not too far away I think that's quite a long time.”
