“Used Johnstown Garden Centre's online service recently + absolutely delighted with it. My queries + order were dealt with in a highly professional + extreemly pleasant manner, as indeed was all my communication with Johnstown. Plants arrived in excellent condition. Cant recommend Johnstown Garden Centre highly enough.”

“This was my first time dealing with Johnstown Garden Centre and I could not be happier with the level of attention I received and with the quality of the plants I purchased. Buying plants online for the first time ('m also new to gardening), I was a bit concerned about the quality I would receive because you're having to depend on another person choosing the best looking plant for you. So when my plants arrived (I ordered nine house plants and four outdoor plants) I was delighted they were all young and healthy, but also well enough progressed to already be decorative in a nice pot or planter. The plants were also very well packaged, each individually wrapped so that there was no earth spillage or plant damage on arrival. Communication with Johnstown Garden Centre was also very prompt and helpful. I ordered an additional plant in a separate order about an hour after placing the first order. However, I did not follow the directions correctly and so incurred a second delivery charge. I emailed them about my error and they quickly emailed back within a few hours to tell me they have now refunded the second delivery charge, and also added some useful advice about one of the plants I purchased which needs particular attention when planting (a climbing rose). It's great knowing I have found a reliable online garden centre that is good for plants and advice when required. Because I'm new to gardening the personal touch of the added advice was a welcome bonus. I should add that their prices were better than the other two online suppliers I was considering. I would highly recommend this company and I'll definitely be buying from them again.”

“The fatsia I bought was bent over because it did not hav a stake to support it and the plant was free from the pot. Earlier purchases I made from Johnstown came in much better condition.”

“Delighted with the plants I recieved from Johnstown Garden Center . This is the second time I have ordered online from them. The first time I ordered, my plants arrived by courrier the following day which I was delighted about. This time my only issue is that my plants were sent by An Post. I was emailed on a Thursday to say that they were despatched but I didn't recieve them until the following Monday and they were just a little bashed up. I know this is of no fault of Johnstown but I would prefer if my plants hadn't spent the weekend in a depot, and were sent by a company that had a little more care with my parcel. Will still be ordering again though from Johnstown Garden Center”

“Overall happy with plant selection, girl at the collection point outside very nice; my only dissapointment was I wanted to buy solar powered Christmas lights to decorate my garden tree and ceramic or glass or other then wicker hanging planter for my living room and there was none of those, I would expect you have some as the biggest garden centre in Ireland. Hope those become available in upcoming days.”

Hi Ewa, thanks for your comments! We only have the battery operated timer lights-you could time them to only come on at night time. This is all we have I'm afraid.
