“My order was processed and dispatched quickly. I received it in time for my partners birthday and it was wrapped well to protect it during delivery. I would highly recommend this garden centre and would be happy to shop here again. Thank you!”

“Instead of delivering to my mothers house it was dropped in the garden of a woman in the same village without knocking on her door but thankfully she knew my mother and called her to come pick up the box which has been literally left in the middle of her garden. Very dissapounting but am grateful for honest people who didn’t steal the Mother’s Day present I sent to my mum.”

“The pros: delivery was on time, even given some truly appalling weather. The plants arrived in good condition and everything was well packed. The cons: the only problem that I had was when ordering. The website advertised a discount on the purchase of 10 items but it didn't show up when I was checking out. Not certain if it was taken off later or not. In any case, it was unclear and a bit annoying. Not enough money to be bothered about it's just that I like to know how much I'm paying.”

Hi Diana, the price you were charged was the reduced price for those 10 items.e4.46 each instead of e4.95 each.. i hope this clarifies matters and thank you.

“Well, first of all, they did *not* ship living plants in snow & hurricane red-weather-alert conditions across Ireland and when they shipped, the plants came in a tidy box with ventilation holes, safely tucked in with packaging materials that was tight enough to secure them in place and just loose enough to ascertain air ventilation. Tracking information was precise and easily available via emails with links to directly access the status. The three Venus Flytraps are of a nice size, apparently they've had their 1st year already, judging by the flower-trunk-stump in the middle, so that's sizeable, mature plants and the colourful pot-covers were an unexpected, nice surprise :)”

“Wonderful website experience. Paid by Paypal which was handy as I don't like to use my card online. Order was placed on Sunday evening and arrived at my apartment Thursday morning. Potted plants well wrapped and conserved. Easy, handy and enjoyable. I will definitely order again soon.”

“They took less time to ship my plant than I thought, considering the snow and weather. The only thing is that the plant came with broken foliage and a bit bendy but not great deal. The plant seems healthy 😊”

“Lovely bulbs arrived as ordered, delighted to get them, nicely packed in strong cardboard box. Only quibble was actually with the Post Office and the tracking system, which is a snare and a trouble - apparently the PO tried to deliver the parcel but couldn't - we were in all day - eventually I was able to collect it myself from Delivery Office, but was plagued by e-mail messages giving misleading information. I'd be much happier if there was no tracking on the parcel.”

Service update: A Status Red weather warning is in place in Leinster, Munster and Galway until 18:00 Friday 2nd March, with the rest of Ireland under Status Orange. Currently all services are suspended in Republic of Ireland and expected to resume on Monday 5th March. Restricted services are in place in Northern Ireland but delays are expected.
