“I am very pleased to have this opportunity to say how much I have appreciated to two staff members in Johnstown Garden Centre, on Monday last 28 March. At short notice I needed a Weigela 'Kosterisna Variegata' shrub. I spoke with Cillian who was most pleasant and said he would check his stock. In a very short time, Cillian called me back confirming that he did indeed have this shrub. He put me in touch with Oliver, to whom I explained my reason for needing this shrub at such short notice. Oliver , without any hesitation , said he would deliver the shrub to me on his way home from the Garden Centre that evening!! These two employees are indeed to be appreciated sincerely, by management. Please show these comments to Jim Clark, to whom my name will be quite familiar. Could they also , please, be shown to Cillian and Oliver? My Weigela is now planted and is an excellent specimen. Kathleen White 087 6450751”

“Plants arrived in good condition and look nice and healthy. Only issue is that the Photinia are smaller than advertised. I ordered 100cm but they are closer to 80cm.”

“I live in Dublin City Center I ordered a Rose and Clematis x two and some Rose feed and Rose clear they were delivered in excellent condition within four days to my door why would I drive all the way to Johnstown garden centre when for a reasonable delivery charge they were delivered to my door in tip top condition and the on line service was excellent.I will use this option again particularly as I cannot always get transport to garden centre.”

“This is an excellent service .My order wasn't straight forward but on ringing the shop the girl in Internet services was highly efficient and guided me through the internet order steps in a very pleasant manner Delivery was very prompt (about 3days and the plants were in excellent condition. I could not be more pleased about the experience and have no hesitation in highly recommending Johnstown Garden centre .”

“I dealt with Killian over the telephone and, on each occasion, he was very polite, anxious to help and to give accurate information as promptly as possible. Lovely person. I then met Lorna in person and she was super. Very patient (I'm a complete novice gardener) and very knowledgeable. I can't wait to go out to her again and hopefully get some more great advice on starting my garden. Overall, one of my best customer service experiences in any retail outlet - which is why I am filling out the survey. Roberta Keaney”
