“On the whole pretty good, but when you are transporting large orders ie. multiple items in box you need cardboard separators to stop them moving about. The Fuchsia's in my last order took a bit of a hammering because of this. This is just an observation, not a complaint. Bernard McKeon”

“The service is quick and efficient. All the plants I have ordered were excellent and soon established themselves in the garden. I wanted a Tibetan cherry tree and this was the only place which could deliver one at a reasonable price. I would recommend the company to any one.”

Hi Esme We do have gift receipts available and we send them if an order specifies that it needs one. I can see that yours was for a birthday so apologies we did not pick up on this. “Excellent service, all plants have arrived in very good condition. Well packed so if parcel is handled wrong way round no soil is lost from plants. Both my orders were delivered upside down by courier (even though well labelled on outside to which way was up ! ) I already recommended your on-line service to my sister in UK and she has also made a couple of purchases which she was very happy with, especially with the very reasonable postage costs charged.”

I don't drive myself, so I had a wonderful few hours there. It's great that I can order on line, being certain that the plants will arrive in perfect condition and very quickly. “I was delighted with the shrubs I received. They were all really healthy and have thrived in the garden. Even thought upon ordering the confirmation email said I could be waiting more than a week for delivery my shrubs arrived two days later. I would highly recommend Johnstown for their selection of plants/ shrubs, quality and efficient service.”
