“I was very hesitant about ordering plants online, but I shouldn’t have worried, our plants came in excellent condition, however due to the deliverer, ( which was no fault of Johnstown’s at all ) our plants were going from depot to depot for nearly 5 days, we contacted Johnstown and they immediately addressed the problem, the following day our plants arrived but due to the deliverer our Gardenia wasn’t in the best of shape, Johnstown were in constant contact and when we told them, there were no questions asked at all and a new Gardenia was sent to us immediately, fantastic service and professionalism, if your worried about making an online order don’t be, Johnstown provide a fantastic service and this will be the first of many orders I will be making”

“Ordered two rose bushes from the website, requesting a delivery in time for my wife's birthday. Delivery was made as requested. The plants were in excellent condition - as they always are.”

“We ordered some liquid plant food online and even though the product was heavy, the shipping cost and time were very good. It was also the lowest price of the product we could find and the service with submitting the order and getting delivery updates was very fast and reliable. Would 100% order again!”

“Bulbs were fresh and customer service was great. Used fastway couriers though and they can just leave stuff outside if youre not there and the van driver signs for it himself.”

“My plants arrived perfectly packed and in great condition. It’s an excellent service. My only problem was I ordered an Acer and it was a lot bigger than I expected and it looked smaller in the photo. I realize now I should have checked that better before I had it delivered.”

“Wonderful service. I was initially uncertain about ordering plants and flowers online, but the site's search filters (light and shade requirements, colour, height, etc.) made it worth trying and I was not disappointed. I've since ordered again and also referred a friend. In each case, the specimens delivered were in peak health and exactly as described. Very satisfied.”
