“First time purchase from this nursery. Plants arrived quickly and in good condition. Very easy tansaction will check in with them again when I next need some larger plants and shrubs”

“hi the plants trees and flowers are always fantastic. over the last few years. but i think the service on line is a bit clinical...there is never really a follow up .maybe this will be the start .if you promoted the idea that its easy to call and make a query about maybe a tree you were buying, every few months or something like that. and i dont mean to be ringing about every seed plant or tree . but to encourage the odd communication,,it may not seem so clinical other wise ,quality is always fantastic......i already have my list for the next order .....betty hamilton 56 pearse squ d2..”

“Only the second plant I have bought online as I prefer to see the plant I am buying. I have bought a grapevine - that is three years ago and it has grown well although not many grapes - probably my fault! The second plant is a water lily an it looks fine so far - its only been in about a week. Both were well packed and delivered quickly. I had online help as I didn't know how to plant the water lily. I would recommend.”

“I'm sorry I ordered pink water Lilly instead of the White one,as the pink arrived without stems or leaves and hasn't come on yet but the rest of the plants are good.”

“Plants ordered from my wish list (this can be difficult to access once you have closed it), arrived within 48 hours in lovely condition. Have planted them and now waiting for sunshine so they grow and thrive. Easy all round.”

“Reliable order fulfilment but 2-10 day order fulfilment process could be dramatically improved assuming advertised SKU's are in fact ex stock”

Hi Jeremy! We have the 2 - 10 day order time in place as sometimes people may order large numbers of the same plant so we need to re-order it. 90% of our orders go out the same day or next day but we cannot guarantee that larger orders can be filled that quickly! Glad to hear you were satisfied overall though!

“Very pleased, the only reason I couldn't put very good is because the rose bush looked a bit sad, probably just because the plants were in transit since Friday and I'm down in Kerry. The order was packed very carefully and although covered in tape marked 'Fragile' one of the boxes was damaged when delivered. Will order from them again :)”

“plants arrived in good time,very reasonable p&p ,unfortunately one of the plants got badly damaged during transition due to packaging (plants were inside 2 plastic bags,inside a large box) there was nothing to stop the contents from shifting around inside.”
