“A good service, goods were well packed. One of the plants looks a bit sorry for itself but I assume it's because it's going into its dormant stage.”

Hi James, at this time of year a lot of plants (particularly perennials) tend to look a little sad, but once the weather gets warmer in the spring they will regrow in all their glory.

“I ordered my product's for click and collect. After an accident I had no way of picking them up.I rang and explained and a chap called Darren offered to deliver them to me.Not only did he deliver but also gave me advice on how to look after them. I thought he went above and beyond. And was very helpful.”

“This was my 1st time not shopping in store in person, the member of staff I got on the phone went out of her way to be so helpful to me, I wrote an e-mail to thank her as sadly I'd forgotten her name & was sent a truly lovely reply. The delivery was very quick & the care put into packaging the plants was simply excellent, I wish other companies would take as much care packaging their plants. The only thing I would suggest I would love more plants on the website in particular the cacti section, I totally understand you can't put every plant on your site as you have so many in store. I would recommend Johnstown to anyone who loves or cares about plants. Thank you Johnstown Bernadette Darbey. :-)”

We do have a high percentage of all our stock on our website but some items are too delicate or too big to package, If there is ever anything that you are looking for that you cannot find on our site just give us a call and we will be delighted to answer your questions.

“Happy with quality of plants, HOWEVER: I wish you would use another courier. Fastway does not live up to its name. DPD in a whole different league and much more reliable and yes, they also deliver plants.”

“My Boston Ferns arrived in pristine condition and they cost less than half of what I could find here in Galway. I have successfully re-potted them and couldn't be happier. I would definitely order from Johnstown Garden Centre again.”
