“This is an excellent service .My order wasn't straight forward but on ringing the shop the girl in Internet services was highly efficient and guided me through the internet order steps in a very pleasant manner Delivery was very prompt (about 3days and the plants were in excellent condition. I could not be more pleased about the experience and have no hesitation in highly recommending Johnstown Garden centre .”

“The plants I ordered were a gift so I didn't see them my self but apparently they arrived in excellent condition and on the right day (although by post and not by courier). Thank you.”

“I dealt with Killian over the telephone and, on each occasion, he was very polite, anxious to help and to give accurate information as promptly as possible. Lovely person. I then met Lorna in person and she was super. Very patient (I'm a complete novice gardener) and very knowledgeable. I can't wait to go out to her again and hopefully get some more great advice on starting my garden. Overall, one of my best customer service experiences in any retail outlet - which is why I am filling out the survey. Roberta Keaney”

“I have got plants my mail order from Johnstown garden centre on a few occasions. They have a great selection of plants their website is very easy to manoeuvre and delivery is prompt. Plants arrive in very good condition. I would highly recommend them. Mary Cahalan Galway.”
