“OK, if I was packing a plant or plants I would make sure the box stated this way Up, plants inside? Or even make box with handle The packers wrapped the plants and hadn't the sence to stand plants Hello??? You asked.”

“I asked for some plants that were not in stock. The guys there checked with their suppliers and advised me that there were no more available this season but suggested an acceptable alternative. I went with that and they manipulated their website to ensure the delivery got to me rapidly ( I was going away a couple of days later). Delivered healthily and after the usual couple of days they were flying. They also found that l was due a small refund and this came through virtually by return. All in all they acquitted themselves most professionally.”

“I was very hesitant about ordering plants online, but I shouldn’t have worried, our plants came in excellent condition, however due to the deliverer, ( which was no fault of Johnstown’s at all ) our plants were going from depot to depot for nearly 5 days, we contacted Johnstown and they immediately addressed the problem, the following day our plants arrived but due to the deliverer our Gardenia wasn’t in the best of shape, Johnstown were in constant contact and when we told them, there were no questions asked at all and a new Gardenia was sent to us immediately, fantastic service and professionalism, if your worried about making an online order don’t be, Johnstown provide a fantastic service and this will be the first of many orders I will be making”

“Delivery is not the fastest, but plants arrived in perfect health and packaged very well. Delivery is very affordable. I would highly recommend Johnstown Garden Centre to anyone interested in buying houseplants online in Ireland.”

“We ordered some liquid plant food online and even though the product was heavy, the shipping cost and time were very good. It was also the lowest price of the product we could find and the service with submitting the order and getting delivery updates was very fast and reliable. Would 100% order again!”
