Hi Maurice, we do try to keep our website up to date but unfortunately there are occasions where items are sold out in store and cannot be sourced again from the nursery for some time. In these instances we will either offer you a alternative product or a refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“Good range of plants , great to have a delivery service but the driver should call to give an approximate time,luckily someone was at home.”

Cheers for the review. The Courier generally only rings if there is no one at home and will organise a time that suits for him to call back with your package.

“Saw 2 buxus ball on stem on website advertised for €49 ea and a highlighted offer of 2 for € 79. Decided to buy and ordered on website. Went to checkout and could only get 4 for €158. I rang office and told the girl who answered that I only wanted 2 plants. She said she would check out the problem. I checked the website later and saw that the offer had been removed and that 2 buxus were now €98.. An increase of €19! I later got a message from the same girl stating that the original offer was a mistake and that the 2 buxus were available for € 98! I couldn't believe that any reputable company would do that. It is not about the money but the whole episode left me feeling that I was conned. By the way I bought the buxus at the € 98 price.”

“Living in County Cork, I struggled to find affordable Olive Trees for a project. Found them online in Johnstown Garden Centre, and had them delivered to me in good condition within the week for a delivery charge of just €4.95. Great service”

“Plants arrived 4 days later than promised. That was the only problem. Plants were good quality and healthy. The postage was very reasonable. I will use them again.”

“Hi, I ordered a mini oncidium twinkle. It supposed to be white, but I received a red oncidium. I was a little disappointed because of that. The plant I have is beautiful and in great condition, but red. I really wanted a white oncidium. On the website it was a picture of a white oncidium and I checked, there's no option to choose the colour of the plant, so I assumed it's going to be a white oncidium. Other than that everything was good.”

Hi Andrea, Sorry to hear you didn't get the colour you were hoping for. Unfortunately it does say on the site that the Oncidium can vary in colour. For your own reference in future if you wish it to be a particular colour, leave a comment on the shipping information page when you place your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Hope you were not too disappointed, they are a lovely plant and smell wonderful!

“I have ordered online a few times and the plants always arrive promptly and well wrapped. I was sent an incorrect product, but I phoned and the problem was rectified and I received the correct product the very next day. Mistakes do happen, and in my case was resolved quickly and professionally. Plants I have purchased from the garden centre are always of excellent quality and I love the variety.”

“My delivery arrived quite quickly and the driver was very accommodating as he helped bring in my large order. Plants were very well and carefully wrapped if quite dry but that's to be expected. A good soak and they perked up. Excellent quality ( especially the roses) looking forward to planting and transforming my garden. I would highly recommend... Thank you ☺”
