“Bulbs were fresh and customer service was great. Used fastway couriers though and they can just leave stuff outside if youre not there and the van driver signs for it himself.”

“My plants arrived perfectly packed and in great condition. It’s an excellent service. My only problem was I ordered an Acer and it was a lot bigger than I expected and it looked smaller in the photo. I realize now I should have checked that better before I had it delivered.”

Hi Joan, The acer can easily be pruned back to the size required.

“Wonderful service. I was initially uncertain about ordering plants and flowers online, but the site's search filters (light and shade requirements, colour, height, etc.) made it worth trying and I was not disappointed. I've since ordered again and also referred a friend. In each case, the specimens delivered were in peak health and exactly as described. Very satisfied.”

“You asked me to write a review to help you improve Customer satisfaction.... well I don’t think it can be improved. 5 stars all the way. Simple to navigate and order on your online shop. I even had a question about the plants that I purchased and I phoned the shop and I spoke with a lovely lady who was very helpful and informative. I can’t remember her name but give her a pay rise 😀. The plants were delivered really quickly and packaged well and in top condition. Also on top of all that they were great value for money. Even your postage cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending Johnstown Garden Center. Keep up the good work”

“i am delighted with my online purchases with Johnstown Garden Centre. This was my first time to order plants online and I was worried about buying plants without seeing them first, however they arrived in excellent condition. I have found their website very easy to use and also very informative . I will be ordering again soon and I would have no hesitation in recommending to a friend .”
