“I received my order promptly, as always. I really like the huge variety of plants and especially trees that Johnstown garden centre provides. My trees arrived safely, they had been very carefully packaged. All the plants that I have received are always very strong and healthy. Thanks.”

“Service from JGC was excellent but An Post left a lot to be desired. It was necessary to make two trips to their depot to collect the item which defeats the purpose of buying online in the first place and would make me a little slow to buy again.”

Sorry to hear this about An Post. They are supposed to call you to arrange alternative delivery. We can also use Fastway if you prefer, just makea not on future orders

“What a great service. I contacted the shop on 22nd December to inquire about a garden implement that I could not locate anywhere else (a hollow Tine Aerator). Spoke to a very helpful member of staff (Chris) who gave me some info on the implement, and the ordering process. I ordered it on the 22nd December and even allowing for the Christmas rush, the item was delivered to me the next day (23rd). All in all, a very efficient service and I will certainly use this shop again.”

“Was searching for a bird house on a stand as opposed to being hung from a tree. Found the ideal one on line along with a lovely bird bath, both at good value. I ordered on line and got it the following day. The delivery driver rang me in advance. An absolute pleasure to deal with. An excellent service!! I would highly recommend.”
