“Even though it's sometimes hard to have a real connection with healthcare providers virtually, every interaction I've had with Sequence providers has been exceptional! They are very responsive and listen to any of my questions or concerns.”

“I have been continuously please with the professionalism, expertise, and care I have been receiving from my Sequence team. My care coordinator replies timely, my Dr explains the treatment plan and addresses all my medical questions and the nutritionist I met with today provided me with great suggestions to help me maximize my health goals!”

“Was a very frustrating experience. Could not get a direct answer on any of my questions. Kept explaining that the savings coupon was not being accepted at my pharmacy and received no help. They got their money from me and I ended up with nothing.”

“My care team has been AMAZING! I just had my first meeting with Summer, the dietitian and she was so down to earth! I love that she gave me small changes to make that are REALISTIC which is so important! My care team is nothing short of amazing!”

“Let me start by saying I had great results with Mounjaro. The staff was always great but I scored this low because it was always a challenge to get the prescriptions from the pharmacy. I spent hours every month trying to get Sequence and the pharmacy synced to get the discounted price. I guess the team at sequence decided that they didn’t want to help any longer and deleted me from their account. This is great but be prepared to spend 5 to 7 hours a month going back and forth to get the prescriptions.”

“I waited more than a month for an appointment. When my appointment finally came, I waited an hour for someone to connect to the appointment. They never connected. They apologized, said they’ are “stepping away from that provider” and said they could get me in next week. They also give me a 25$ credit to my bill. That next appointment rolls around and the same thing happens. Very frustrating and poor business skills. Hopefully getting refund is easier than seeing a provider.”

“Weight is something I’ve always struggled with but more so since having my daughter. I tried diets, working out, etc with no real success or even long term sustainability. I was really feeling down on myself because I didn’t feel or “look” the way I wanted to. In my head I just wanted to be back to my 21 year old, prebaby self. After hearing about Sequence, I decided to join and OMG, I am SO HAPPY I DID. I was shown that I am not alone, that my struggles are real, valid and can be addressed. The support of everyone from my care team has been amazing. The best part is that it’s not complicated. It’s easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to maintain. Meeting with the nutritionist also helped so much- it was reaffirming and my goals are so easy to keep up with. So far I’ve lost about 10 pounds but have seen so many more changes to my body- my clothes are fitting loose, my face puffiness is down and my rings fit me normal now! And this is just my starting point 6 weeks in. I’m so happy and feel like it’s such a blessing to have joined. I cannot wait to see what the next 6 weeks on look life for me!”

“Initially, I had a great experience. Then I was "transferred" from Dr. Nadolsky's care (without any discussion/warning) to a provider who literally copy/pasted his texts to me (and when I inquired that it seemed he hadn't looked at my chart, he said he just copies everything bc he has so many patients and it's faster). Then I was transitioned from my initial "care team lead" to a new individual who never materialized. Despite promises on the text interface that replies happen "within 1 business day" I went 4 days waiting to hear from him -- and still haven't. Since it's regarding a refill on a script, it's unprofessional and beyond frustrating, and there's no other way to contact people.”

“Like many, I have struggled to lose weight as I’ve gotten older, despite my best efforts. When I heard about the success many were having on Mounjaro, I signed up for Sequence and necer looked back! I have been so impressed with the Sequence platform - from the providers to the care team and nutritionists - everyone has been so responsive and helpful. I’ve had no issues with getting my medication on time, but I know the team is always there to assist if I run into any challenges. And, Mounjaro has been a god-send! I’ve lost about 12 pounds in the first four weeks and feel better than I have in years. Glad to be part of the Sequence program!”

“Joining Sequence has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before joining Sequence, I was on another program and it just did not work for me, no matter how hard I worked to lose the weight. I kept losing and gaining the same 15 pounds for six months. And then I joined Sequence in August 2022. Since that time, I have lost close to 20 pounds (and kept it off!), have more energy and more confidence in myself. If you are looking for a terrific weight loss program to join, you’ve come to the right place!”

“Sequence has been amazing. They are fast, helpful, responsive, easy to reach, etc with all of my concerns and questions. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. I am absolutely not being paid to say that, nor do I represent them, it's the truth. I feel blessed to have seen a Tiktok video that lead me to them. Mounjaro has been life changing for me. I've lost 28 pounds and although I've had some side effects, none of them would keep me from continuing. I've had some unexpected and wonderful health changes too. I have only had 1 small migraine in 10 weeks and I normally have them very often (3 day Migraines that are debilitating) and I am also growing my eyebrows back. The middle of my eyebrows "disappeared" about 4 years ago, they are growing back. It's amazing. Again, I'm blessed and grateful to find something to help me deal with my emotional eating. I have dealt with many health conditions, cancer, a son who has a fatal condition, etc and I truly need to help myself. Thanks again Sequence and Mounjaro for helping me in that journey, I'm lower than I've been for 23 years now!”

“I chose Sequence over other telehealth services because of the level of care and support I’ve received since day 1! Sequence makes it easy to get access to medication, providers, and even dieticians! The process was SMOOTH to getting enrolled, meeting my doctor, care team and then getting the prescription. The app is web based (for now) and easy to use! The checkins from the care team and my provider have made me feel so well cared for. I appreciate this service, the team, and the providers who pass no judgement on the treatment of obesity. They really are here to empower you! I have much more to lose but in my short 9 weeks I’ve lost 19lbs and over 16inches! Best of all my binge eating is NON-EXISTENT. The mental change the medicine Sequence helps us get access to is unparalleled to anything I’ve ever tried. I have recommended this service to all of my friends, family and colleagues- soon I’ll need to start a cohort just for them!”

“This has been the best experience ever. The medication I’ve been prescribed is like a miracle! I feel more like the “old me” than ever before. I’ve tried so many weight loss programs and medications and this is the only one that not only works but makes me feel like it’s actually CORRECTING problems rather than just slapping a band-aid over them and causing unwanted side effects. I feel amazing for the first time in probably 5-6 years. I am losing weight but most importantly I FEEL amazing. I am not starving, I have zero side effects, I feel the most like my old self on this program than any other programs I’ve tried.”
