They block all negative reviews on apple store and google play, and they invite their staff and families to write fake positive reviews on independent websites like this one
They reply with fake information to negative feedback on websites they dont control and they benefit from the fact that you cannot reply to their reply

and when i asked to get refunded and provided with the new transaction number of proof of payment ( they stoped responding ()”

You only need to get in touch with the support team and request the address for sending the item back. “I couldn't give less than a star, such companies should be closed since they are scammers. I've bought a toy via order 37E96X7W and it came with a broken leg. I asked for a refund and provided some pictures with it. Then I was asked by their incompetent support to provide a picture of the package it came it, I did that as well. Then I was asked to provide a video by smashing the toy with a heavy object so that it's destroyed. I provided that as well. Then I was asked to provide a video of cutting the toy with a sccisor, it seem were trying to avoid at all costs the refund. Since I declined this and asked for the refund since I already spent enough time providing evidence I got the refund declined.
Save yourself the time and go to alibaba or other serious platforms and avoid these scammers.”
