Even more shameful, they ask me to get from the Local Post office document that I have not received a package followed by a nonsense request to translate by an official translator same in English. Support Team was (even) unable to advice who is the carrier? On application information is just "delivered to final operator"

Don't buy from this place Ever, I bought ip camera which came with no instructions , the QR and iD number were wrong, the QR code which didn't work was put I a place impossible to scan, so I picked it off, all the information was wrong, I even down loaded the manual but still QR and iD didn't work, I've emailed lots of times but not helpful, it was a present so I through the out packing away which they wanted a number off?? So I know have a ip camera that cost me £31 totally useless, I may just put it in the bin...the only way joom in my mind can send me a free replacement that works, the hours and hours I've tried to get this waste of money and time to work, I have other cameras so its not a case that I don't know what I'm doing... Thanks JOOM for nothing.”
“All products inferior, fraud sellers and poor support. I've order 3 products from this site two of them didn't work and one didn't arrive. The shipping speed is very very worst and that too without any tracking no. They just refund the amount if we don't receive the product or product is bad and that too after waiting for more than 2 months instead of sending a product too us. I'd suggest to go with amazon as that is far better and trustworthy than Joom. Worst experience”

“Today I have received my Christmas fabric. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the purchase. The fabric is a lot smaller than I expected, ( my fault) out of 10 pieces I can only use 4. The fabric is cut the wrong way. Instead of it being cut landscape it is cut portrait which means that it isn't wide enough to do what I want to do. It means that you have to turn the cloth which means that the pattern is sideways. I am sorry that I have to get in touch with you regarding this. I would never buy this again. I ordered oximeter from joom price was very good .Firstly they said arrives in a month time which was brilliant soon I purchased arrive time completely changed .its gone up to 3 months.Eventually item arrived in UK instead of receiving item ,I had a letter from Royal Mail that ,the seller paid partly postage so Royal Mail wants me to pay £8.50 on the top of I already paid to joom.
I contacted the joom straight away ,they exactly said .This could happen we don’t take any responsibilities.I WAS SHOCKED ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED.
So you are ordering staff from them and they are not taking any responsibilities at all, apart from bluh bluh .Sorry but not sorry

“Joom is a joke. They ripped me off my money. There is no customer service. You get a robot telling you to give them the tracking number and when you do they continuously tell you the same thing. I think the people who give it a five star is a fake as well and work for them. I promise you this site is a fake and will take your money. They stole around 200.00. Please be careful. This site is a scam. There is no refund and you dont get your items. Your better off ordering on wish.”
