“The processing of my order took two full weeks, rendering my order with two-day shipping pointless (could have saved 13$ there). Still waiting (after more than three weeks!) for parts of my order and seriously wondering if I will ever get it. Complaints have not been answered to. Not planning to buy here again until I get an explanation and a compensation. And, of course, my full order.”

“I placed my first order on March 17th. I did not receive confirmation of the order being shipped until March 20th. Other vendors are able to ship on the same day I order on line, or ship on the day after I placed the order. As of today, I still have not received the order. In addition, I received several e-mails that I had other items in my cart. Yet, when I accessed my account, the cart was empty. I do like your broad selection of items and the very thoughtful collection of products that you offer. Kind regards!”

“I ordered two items on March 7th. To date (March 30th) I have only received one item and that was about three days ago. The other item I have no idea when I will get it. The shipping time/ information giving is extremely poor. I could have ordered the same things I ordered from amazon and I would have received it within a week. The prices were the same.”

“Ordered a gift paid for 2 day ground shipping (wedding glass & mezuzah) so it would get to the bride and groom in time for their wedding (with 2 days to spare)- gift arrived too late for them to use it on day of wedding - been calling customer service for 2 days and haven't gotten return call yet from the woman who took my order to refund me- will never order from this company again- poor customer service”

“I finally found a wooden Miriam Cup and I can't tell you how happy I am. It is also made by one of my favorite artisans - Yair Emanuel. I will make sure that your site is at the top of my list whenever I want or need something to make me happy or to smile. Customer service is fantastic and I was helped immediately when I called. Many of your items are in a price range where I can afford to get them. My cup arrived so quickly and for that I am grateful. I thank you very much for being there for me. I would love to return home to Israel soon and when I do, I will look for you in Jerusalem. Shabbat Shalom.”

“The Tallis is very pretty in person. The color is more light blue than turquoise (it looks turquoise on my monitor) but other than that is just as we thought it would be. The organza is soft and not scratchy to wear.”

“I was helped over the phone to place an order for Bar Mitzvah garments. My nephew chose the set he wanted and he has just received it. Loves it! I am looking forward to helping him put his talis on for his special day. I'm a "great" Aunt, but he is the "best" nephew!”

“Judaica is, to me, the most beautiful website from wish to buy things of the Jewish faith. The products are fantastic quality and absolutely beautiful. I shall definitely be a frequent customer. “The product is wonderful but the communication on your order is awful. I placed an order in February and I still did not have it until March and it wasn't shipped complete. I never received an email or a phone call letting me know about the delay or the backorder issue. I had to make several calls and emails to get information on my order. Also when you call in to check on your order it goes to a recording and you never speak to a live person which is frustrating after you are left on hold for a long time. As of today my order is still not complete and it is Holiday sensitive as it is for Passover.”
