“Fantastic quality machine. So quiet which is handy in the morning when I leave early. Looks great and I like the weight of the juicer. Easy to clean. Tracking of parcel and communication was first class. A really good experience”

“It is a good juicer. Although a tiny bit fiddly at the beginning - it is easy to clean and gives good juice. Apparently this is much less complicated than other juicers. Only down point is that you have to chop up everything small which takes time.”

“I'm happy with it so far but I had problems the first time I used it. It got stuck when I tried juicing a carrot and it took me time and lots of effort to get it free. Was already thinking of returning it. Please inform your potential buyers that they need to be careful when juicing hard vegetables.”

“I ordered a new juice screen for my Samson machine. I think the prices of such parts are too high. The part arrived promptly and although it appeared to be very roughly and hastily packaged it was intact and my machine is once more fully operative. Davy Andrews”

Hi, the Matstone is designed to extract juices from hard fruits and vegetables, not soft fleshy fruits, you also have two screens, the juicing screen in the juicer and the seive that fits on the juice collection bowl, this will take out any bits in the juice. You also returned the Matstone and were refunded in full same day. Good luck with your next juicer choice.

“Excellent service. I ordered at night and the purchase was shipped early next morning. The machine was delivered almost a week earlier to the other end of Europe. Regarding the juicer, I wasn't expecting a space shuttle for this price. It's working fine as expected and I'm satisfied from the motor. The set of additional accessories is full and I can't wait to try them all. The spare parts included came in hand right after the unpacking as the O-ring below the auger was broken. There are some drawbacks (as any other machine). Fixing the top part to the motor doesn't have any lock mechanism. The pulp sealant doesn't completely cover the pulp outlet but this doesn't make the machine useless. I guess it is a safety feature as the machine doesn't clog on grapes (as the other machine I tried). So far it chews anything I trow at it. No doubt there are better machines out there but for that price I'm fine with this.”
