“Very few shops I’d rate as highly as Jules B. Actually, I can’t think of any! The brands are great but it’s the ethos and the service that sets it apart. We’ve been doing the 180 mile round trip to visit both the Women’s and Men’s shops in Kendal for many years because the advice given is so completely genuine. Friendly, knowledgeable, non judgemental staff willing to spend time with customers makes shopping a joy. The retail world is ever changing and now seems particularly tough but Jules B has the ability to reinvent itself and stay in the game without ever losing its focus and positivity.”

“The customer service was very friendly when I asked about the customs duty I had to pay for delivery to Austria (48 Euros) . They said if I had ordered through the EU website customs duty would have been calculated straight away (which would have given me the opportunity to decide if I really wanted to spend 100 Euros on the kimono jacket). This should have been pointed out to me when I placed my order. Apart from that, everything was fine!”

“This was my first order and it was dealt with very efficiently. I had signed up for their Newsletter but omitted to claim the 15% discount on my first order for signing up for their Newsletter . Once I realised my omission I contacted them and the 15% was then taken off the amount due. Thankyou. Great customer service.”
