Last three times I ordered from them, my order just did not come. Enough is enough. How come restaurant still partner up with them is beyond me.

My food was stone cold starters shriveled and inedible curry was veg but mainly carrots and onions for a cost of 6,95

Drivers really rude and unprofessional, contacted them about a order that never received, because I was explaining to the driver who doesn't know how to use a map apparently, where I was, he said he doeant have time for this . Contacted the just eat to request a refund about an order that never received didnt help at all

This is the worst support service on the planet. This app should be eradicated from Earth. Using the support via App chat still requires you to provide some stupid details like description of my kebab from the order I’ve wasted 1h of my lunch waiting for! You want to do good for humanity without going out? Uninstall this app ASAP.

I don't eat many takeaways, but I was sent a £50 gift voucher for JustEats. I used £20 a couple of months ago and logged in again to use up the remainder of the balance, only to find that JustEats had robbed me out of the remainder of the balance. They are money-grabbing crooks and their customer service is a joke. Avoid them at all costs.

No stars !! Awful, An hour and 40 Mins later, money taken, no food, no update. Called 3 times , they put phone down 3 times, useless No more chances Just Eat , we won’t be using you again ! Awful service, no Communication .

Ive had problems with lots of orders. One was from mcdonalds when I ordered at 10 to 5 in the evening and it showed up at 11pm, was trying to call just eat and McDonald's all night with no answer. I've also ordered from McDonald's and the food hasn't shown up and after just eat saying they would investigate, I have never received a refund. And McDonald's tell you they can't do anything because its down to just eat. And then I order from tobys carvery, 3 king-size breakfasts and only received 2 and couldn't get an answer from the restaurant and as usual just eat said they will investigate. I'm truly surprised nobody has taken this company to court for the absolute incompitance or scam. Once service ever and the delivery drivers aren't any better.

I spent 2 GODDAMN HOURS waiting for a simple order of 9 nuggets, fries and a burger from a McDonald's I ordered. 2! DAMN! HOURS! When I called, it said that the driver wasn't even AT THE DAMN PLACE!!! Despite it saying that the driver was the restaurant and waiting. And the update thing was not updating at all it was just saying "Waiting for an update...19:30 - 19:50". It was almost 2 hours! this is why Deliveroo and Uber Eats are far superior!!!

Avoid the service is awful, restaurants get your order wrong and you take the financial hit for it, they should be called just don’t eat or just don’t care

Food from the restaurant was great, but after seeing the just eat driver urinating against our back wall was disgusting. I made a complaint and was told they would investigate and get back to me within 48hrs, I've chased many times and nothing it's been over a week!! reference is Ticket ID: 56286881.

Driver threw leaking coffee on my new hallway floor. I can’t get a replacement only a refund which I have to justify. Luckily I took photos for my home insurance. The driver said not my problem as did store. As this not the first time I will no longer use.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered KFC 16/17 days ago and got someone else's food, which was a one-person meal when I had ordered a large sharing bucket for all my children and us for a treat. I was told I could not have food resent and it would take 48 hours to hear from the team that would sort it out for me (for a refund or something). I know it is first world problems but JustEat need a system in place for when you don't get your food, so you can still get what you paid for... We had no money left to order again and my autistic child was distraught that their treat was not coming. Over a week went by and I emailed again to see what was going on. Then I emailed again a few days ago. And still 16 days later, I have not had a refund or reply. I think it is absolutely disgusting. I feel like I have had my money stolen. If a restaurant took your money and did not give you your food or a refund, surely that would be illegal? I am going to look into taking further action.

Worst customer service ever. I take that back, NO customer service. That phone number is a DUD!!! Nobody answers! So I made an order, and their website glitched and cancelled the order as soon as the man arrived. So it looked like I cancelled it, but I didn't. So I tried to contact Just Eat by calling their phone number. They claimed it to be a free number. But I was charged and nobody answered. The Customer Service number just keeps redirecting you back to the website. I needed to speak to someone directly to help me. Someone from the website. But nobody bothered. So I emailed them and heard nothing back. A glitch with payment issues, and glitches should be solved quickly. But nope, they say they'll get back to me maybe tomorrow or the next day? Also I was charged £10+ for the cancellation of my order. I did not cancel it! The website did! I did not click any cancel button. My window was open, I went to the door got my order. Came back to the computer, the MAP on the screen "bumped" and then it just cancelled the order. It's not the fact that it was a glitch or that the order accidentally cancelled. It's that I cannot get in touch with this company. I cannot speak to someone directly. Why emails? Very slow. What is the point in the Customer Service number? If nobody is there? Just Eat basically just wasted my time. And all my money from phone which is Pay As You Go is gone. Because I kept trying to get through to them. Only to find out it kept redirecting me. I will be deleting my account after this issue is resolved. I've had my account for many years. And never once had a glitch where my order is cancelled? How can a order be cancelled when it has just been delivered? Makes no sense! Why did the website allow that to happen? I did NOT press anything on the website. So I am extremely ANGRY that I could not get in touch with Just Eat and have them quickly fix this. I paid for the meal, I wanted it. I got it. But I did not cancel it. And now Just Eat have charged me, and it looks like I "robbed" or "coined" them when I did not. It was YOUR website Just Eat. And the worst part is that Just Eat just haven't bothered respond to me to fix this issue. Should have been solved in seconds. Specially accidents / glitches / web page bouncing / cancelling orders, and then them "refunding" me but at the same time charging me to get a refund. A refund I didn't want. I just wanted them to undo the "cancelled" order. I didn't want it cancelled. I will be deleting my account after this is solved. I've been with them for years. And they dominate the food business, you'd think they would have people on the phone lines. I am very upset. Because I couldn't get anyone from Just Eat to talk to to fix this within a time limit. So now I'm here waiting for a response via their slow email process.
