Don't bother if you drive just go collect your food awful service awful customer service im not a very happy customer of jusg eat cold food missing items just a lot of hassle.....

Thus company should be run out of business. It will take me about 3 weeks to get a refund via my Bank although I have a text message from these monkeys which says I will not be charged. Dick Turpin has nothing on these guys!

Ordered food. Received confirmation of order. Just Eats couldn't fulfill order as couldn't assign a driver. They cancelled the order and blamed the takeaway for not being able to fulfill the order. Shameful. First time used. Will never use again. Shocking service.

Ordered some food through just eat food was missing from our order tried to contact someone through just eat and through mcdonalds and was told no refund and no replacement food....we didn't want refund just the food that was missing....not happy will nor be using just eat ever again!!

This used to be a good service, arrive on time and food piping hot. Now it isn't, ordered food to arrive at 17:45, driver still hasn't arrived at food place at 18:00, meaning the food won't be piping hot as would have sat on a hot plate for over 15 minutes. I won't order again from them if they cannot fix a simple thing as time. I aspect my food to be delivered at the time I ordered it not when it suits them to do so I placed the order at 15:30pm so no reason not to have driver at site by then. If they cannot do the service then I suggest they drop the drivers or fold the company. Looking at all the reviews about their customer service I wonder how quickly they will respond to a legal lawsuit.

My daughter ordered off just eat and food was never delivered even though the driver said it was. I spoke with someone and the offered a 50% credit voucher back.. I said no as felt she paid and food didn't come. I felt my daughter should recieve either replacement or refund the said they would have supervisors call within 24 hrs but of course nothing and no refund ... have all screenshots of her conversion with them .. its an absolute disgrace of customer service 😒 won't be using just eat again

This is about just eats customer service. They are the worst that I have ever dealt with, I will never use this company. Customer services, couldn't even help someone cross a road, don't use this company

Ordered Some food which arrived cold and all the drinks missing avoid this company at all cost as they refused a refund.

This is the second time my food has not been delivered, I was promised a £5 voucher last time and didn't receive it. I have ordered again and again a no show, this really is the worst service, never had this with Uber Eats. Just a horrible service from Just Eat, unbelievable really

Dont order from Just Eat. waste of time. i made an order at 12:00 for a delivery time of 14:30. all done, payment made. just by chance to add something i contacted the restaurant and they told me there is no order, this was about 13:30. tried to contact just eat but no phone number, found the chat service after a long time of search, a person named Paul appeared and started chat with me. whatever i asked he was so willing to cancel the order, on my every query his reply was shall we cancel the order. i told him i do not want to cancel just tell me why restaurant does not have my order, he replied, wait till your delivery time and then contact us, i said what if i do not receive my order by 14:30 and then what is the point of contacting you, restaurant also saying they have no order, why dont you check it. instead of saying anything, he said thankyou for contacting just eat, good bye. i told him you have no customer service manners, you have no clue what are you doing here and i will complaint against you, after this he just left the chat. i contact again, another person joined and left straightaway, 3rd person joined and left. no one was willing to chat or discuss, then finally i had no other option and cancelled the order. such an awful experiecne. just eat charges us a lot of money for ordering with them and then they provide this poor and horrible service cus they have horrible people working for them. avoid them and try to order direct with the restaurant and save a lot of money. I will never use Just Eat again....

No help whatsoever on online chat. Got refererred 10 times over 2 hours and still didn't even speak to anyone about my problem. Absolutely disgusting customer service and ive worked in the public sector for over 20 years. Its my birthday tomorrow and its ruined it. Thanks alot just eat and kaspas sheffield. Dont worry I will be carrying it on

This is my email to them: Dear Just Eat, I would like to understand your service a little better. I have already contacted trading standards about your poor service (they are quite busy so I've been advised to wait a few weeks for a response) but I wanted to understand how or why you believe your treatment of me is acceptable. Scenario: I have received many bad orders from multiple restaurants over the past few weeks. You do not provide a direct contact number to the restaurants WHY IS THIS? It would be so much easier that, when I receive a bad order, if you provide their contact details, I could contact them directly and resolve the issue. Due to your restrictions, I am not able to, so I have followed your guidelines and asked for refunds from you. This is not good service, when I order food, I want to eat the food, when the food I order doesn't arrive - I DON'T WANT A REFUND, I want the food I have paid for. A refund in 2 weeks time does not help me in any way. I have done as you asked - but as you just blindly offer refunds without investigating it (this is entirely your own fault as these are your policies, not mine or the restaurants), you are now saying that I am not entitled a refund because I have received too many bad orders in the past. THIS IS THE QUESTION I HAVE ASKED 3 TIMES ALREADY AND HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN ANSWER: Why do you consider me getting a refund for a service not carried out as "compensation" you have never, not once given me "COMPENSATION" You have only given me refunds as is required by "the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. The act states that you should expect the 'services' to be carried out with reasonable care and skill within a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost. Any food delivery company not delivering when promised would also be in breach of the Consumer Rights Act which says services should be carried out with information given verbally or in writing to the consumer which is binding where the consumer relies on it. Any service must be carried out within the agreed time." I find it in very poor taste that I have had to make so much noise about this and I would like to understand how you think you are entitled to keep my money without providing the product I paid for. I have a photo of what I received - I have sent you the photo of the item I received. It was not what I paid for and therefore you are required, BY LAW, to return my money. Your delivery drivers do not wait long enough for me to check the food - plus, do you expect people to unwrap their entire meal on a doorstep? How silly is that? Over the past year, I have spent between 1,000 and 1,500 pounds (shamefully) on your website - after your injustice, I have not used you once - unfortunately, my idiot housemate used my account by mistake a couple of days ago, however, that is not going to happen again as I removed his access. The bottom line is, this has already cost you more money in lost revenue as I am now using your competitor (uber eats). The thing is, I could understand it if I had not provided you with a photo as proof of what I received. You know I am protected by the supply of good service act 1982. All of this being recorded and passed to trading standards, so why on earth are you doing this? I also agree, I have asked for my money back a lot. But what does this say? It says you are providing a sub-par service. This is what needs to be addressed. I am a very good customer who (used to) spend so much money with you - I have received many bad orders for you, and for some reason, you penilse me? AS IF IT IS SOMEHOW MY FAULT? PLEASE ANSWER THIS: HOW CAN I PREVENT THE RESTAURANT FROM GIVING ME THE WRONG ORDER? HOW IS THIS MY FAULT? WHY DO YOU THINK I SHOULD BE CHARGED WITHOUT RECEIVING MY ITEM? You need to address yourself here and take a look at your policies. I have taken a lot of time to write this email, as I have done with all my previous emails. I would appreciate someone actually taking the time to read and respond to this email in the same manner. Your previous emails have been almost rude - you have not once answered a single question I have asked. You have not addressed a single issue I have raised. You have not even mentioned the photo and why you believe you are within your rights to steal my money. You are thieves and I will not rest until this has been resolved. Danny

Just Eat really is an utterly useless APP. I would say 75% off orders I make are at least 30-45mins late. None of the estimated time scales are accurate. None of the restaurants seem to care or ever offer discount. One time the food was 3.5 hours late and they delivered at almost midnight when everyone was a sleep. Complained to Justeat which took over 2 hours of additional contact to get the money back. The Justeat platform to actually get any assistance is useless (I can imagine they have so, so, so many requests at any one time) BUT that's their only responsbility. That is literally the point of the app. They should be making that a priority so that they fine the restuarants for causing constant and continued problems and support their customers more.

I paid for an order but afterwards realised that it was 3 hours away I cancelled the order but just eat wouldn’t refund me the £100 I spent on food me or my family will not be using just eat again as they have had £100 from me that I have had nothing for

Stated food was delivered when it never turned up. Spoke to customer services several times - One Called me a liar, 3 told me it would be refunded within 7 days. 7 days came and went no refund. Rang again and was told no refund was issued by them 3 people.. LIARS. Refused a refund by 2 other people and the final person I roared at because she had kids screaming in the background and started laughing down the phone to me when I was explaining. I then threatened legal and a refund was issued and in my bank after 10 minutes
