The worst company to order food from! Ordered before, I had to cancel my order cos no driver was picking it up, got offered a refund & £5 credit to my Just Eat account, and I’ve got NOTHING BACK! Have emailed them 3 times regarding my refund and they don’t reply! Ordered again from Just Eat tonight and the SAME thing happened, yet my food turned up stone cold!! Will never ever use Just Eat Ever again absolutely disgusting service!

Took my money and never delivered my food. When I contacted they refused to refund me. Appalling company, I'll never use them again.

I placed an order which arrived on time. That was the only positive thing. The items I ordered did not turn up, what was sent was stone cold and the drinks were a mess n the bag. I had to re-order the same food with a different company and pay for it whilst awaiting resolution of the issue by just eat. This is a service I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. It’s just not worth it.

One of the worst experience ever had, the delivery person shows not effort in delivering the food, they don't call and lie that they waited with the food, it is completely unreliable and customer blaming app! L'une des pires expériences jamais vécues, le livreur ne montre aucun effort pour livrer la nourriture, il n'appelle pas et ne ment pas qu'il a attendu avec la nourriture, c'est complètement peu fiable et l'application blâme le client!

I ordered takeaway and it wasn't delivered to me. Restaurant were very apologetic and said they've received confirmation of delivery, but it wasn't delivered to me. Restaurant handled it well and made us another order without additional charge which we collected. Restaurant said they were unable to reach just eat driver as just eat didn't provide them with driver's contact details. I've used just eat for years but issues like that makes me want to switch for uber eats or equivalent as just eat cannot deliver the promise - they didn't deliver my takeaway. 10 out of 10 to the restaurant I've ordered from and 1 to just eat and advice towards others - DO NOT USE JUST EAT.

Very poor customer services Last time I ordered , the order took 2 hours Asked for a manager but been advised a manager will call back in 72 hours but never happened Very poor service , completely different not like Deliveroo and Uber !

I spent 10 minutes on the phone with the driver, trying to convince him to go exactly on the Google Pin instead of trying to look at the numbers at the doors and trying to manually find it but he apparently he knows better and didn't listen saying that he went there but didn't find my door (The google maps pin is literally at the front doorstep) He eventually gave up trying to find it and WENT HOME. I tracked him on the GPS how he went home and I even know where he lives because his GPS turned off. The delivery was NOT marked as Delivered that night, but it was marked as Delivered in the morning which is quite suspicious. I have a history of 20+ orders from the same restaurant to the same address in the past month, none had a problem except this one, so I know it's not me or the address. JustEat are giving me the runaround. I contacted them and was elevated to some other team who were going to elevate my issue to an investigation's team and I was supposed to hear back within 48 hours. NOPE! I didn't hear back 3 days later. I also didn't get any emails about any tickets being created, likely because I changed my email just before my support requests and their system is too slow to respond to the change and I'm still not getting emails to the new email address even 2 days later. They are probably going to my old email address that I can't access anymore. (Nice eventual consistency databases you got there... your software is worse than your service). My next step will be a chargeback, so enjoy the chargeback fees, you low scumbags. I don't care if it's just 6 pounds, I'm not letting that baboon driver or JustEat have a single penny.

Terrible delivery service ordered 2 happy meals and double cheeseburger meal arrived the burger was just a bun no meat or cheese, got through to chat line not interested, it’s no about money it’s the shitty customer service and just eat, don’t use them

Terrible experience. Ordered some food this evening and the app said it had been delivered yet no food had arrived. Tried contacting the restaurant, but they just referred me to Just Eat as they had dispatched the order. No phone number for Just Eat, just an online chat where I had to wait behind 68 other people and was then thrown out three times. After 30 minutes I eventually got to message a Just Eat customer service person who said that my issue would be sent to another team to deal with and they would be back to me in 48hrs. A complete joke. Ordered some more food through Deliveroo and it arrived 20 minutes later.

Go direct to the restaurant, don't use just eat... Restaurant we ordered from are happy to supply a full refund due to 2 hour late order and cold food totalling £33.00. Just Eat are offering £20 credit to our Just Eat Account... Their terms state contact the restaurant direct for resolution... but then do what they want with no accountability. They take money from the small local businesses as it's easier to use them.... If we went direct, we would have had our refund straight away and not had so much stress.. Clearly don't think of repeat business for the sake of a few £££££. Will never use them again, will go out of our way to warn others to avoid and go direct. Absolutely stupid company. They have also wasted countless £££ on staff contacting us regarding the issue... sort yourself out... seriously.. Especially at the minute, support the local companies. You can order from them.... cut out just eat..

Terrible customer service. There a glitch in the Just Eat app which led to me getting the wrong order - contacted Just Eat live chat to request a refund - who then told me they would "investigate" and I would hear from them within 48 hours. I did get an email asking for more information and photos and was again told they'd get back to me within 48 hours because they would "investigate". I responded with my photos etc. and never heard back. Emailed twice again and never got a response, it's now been nearly 2 weeks. Don't think I will see my money again, horrible customer service. Will never use them again and leave bad reviews wherever I can. There's lots of other delivery services with way better customer service (not hard to do to be honest), I recommend using any other platform.

Had half of my food delivered and half of another person's order. Called just eat and when eventually got through had to barter to have my money refunded to my bank account. Ended up still having to pay for cold fries. I had to demand the delivery fee to be refunded as well. Absolutely appalling service. Will NEVER use Just Eat again. What a waste of time and money.

After 52 minutes our order came but it clearly wasn’t our order, went back out to the driver who said to call McDonald’s. Called McDonald’s who again shifted the blame & said I should call just eat. Called them & “rose” wasn’t very helpful, told to take photos of the food I received which was a Big Mac meal & 20 chicken nuggets. When I ordered a Big Mac meal, a Mac chicken sandwich meal, 2 chicken mayos,1 double cheeseburger, 2 cheese bites, 2 apple pies & a sour cream source. Told I will have to wait 48 hours for an investigation to get a refund, no option to just send the correct order out!! Upset children!! No lunch!! & fight to get my own money back. I was very cautious about using just eat, because of the bad reviews all over social media & I should of trusted my gut instinct!! I will never use them again, I don’t understand how they’re still in business with the shocking customer service that they give! Absolutely disgusting! Abysmal! Scamming really! Do your self a favour & order direct from the restaurant if possible or go & collect your order, don’t give just eat your money as you will be left hungry! Disgusting service!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Worst service I have Received the customer service is a joke 1st of all I ordered to then be told it’s been cancelled as the restaurant isn’t open so they shouldn’t be on the list of places to order id it’s not open So ordered from somewhere else To be told my food had been delivered although it has not Just eat now telling me I have to wait 48 hours for a refund as they have to pass to a different team When I ask for someone higher to call me I have to wait 72 hours So far I have ordered twice today and still have no food It’s a joke Poor service and customer service Tried to call the restaurant to find out and the number does not work

Awful. Placed order, it was accepted by restaurant but then got stuck on assigning a driver for 30 mins. I contacted customer services and got through to someone on chat. While I was on with them, 45 mins after order placed (and 15 mins past end of promised delivery slot) justeat cancelled my order. Person I was chatting with apologised and admitted it was their fault (they did not have enough drivers, which I had worked out by myself!) but they made no attempt to sort out the order, get food to us, compensate us, etc. Just: there is nothing more we can do. So after ordering just before 7pm we were stuck at 8pm with no food & no compensation. Will never use justeat again. Terrible.

My subway order of £14.95 was not delivered, I phoned subway who then told me to phone just eat. So I did and they told me they would investigate and I should get an email within 48 hours. 3 hours later I got an email saying my order was delivered the matter is now closed. I'm now £14.95 out of pocket and made out to be a lier. I will never use just eat again and will leave them bad reviews whenever possible.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I will never ever order with Just Eat again. They give you wrong info, they lie, they hang up at you. Honestly they're the worst.
