Had issues with an order now they are wanting photos of issue day after the complaint. Started the complaint on app and it did not ask for additional information so poor communication from just eat get you house in order The customer service is an absolute joke

I ask in app how to make changes in order got replied cancel and reorder which I done . Just eat taken my hard earning money for canceled order aswell . Saying i agreed 100 % percent cancellation charges . I am not fool or stupid to agree 100 percent cancellation charges . I ask for proof where I agreed they said no . Avoid this app they take your hard earning money for nothing

If I could give 0 stars I would the driver arrived with the bag ripped open and the drink spilled all over the bag. Needless to say even he had the common sense to apologise and not give me something that was inedible and allowed me to take pictures and took the damaged item away. Despite sending pictures to Just Eat of the driver in a Just Eat jacket holding the ripped bag with spilled drink all over it, they refused to refund me. A disgrace, do not order from them. I’ll be escalating the issue!

Absolutely disgusting food, undercooked, raw and cold, made a brown dog egg look more appealing, contacted just eat and they couldn't care less.

Is not a good app,i still do not recevied my money back from a wrong order .The driver did a mistake and not first time,cold food ,not good company.I would not recomand at all,very hard to take you money back if something happend,on facebook are a scam .Do not buy,we work hard for our money and they try to still your money in different ways.If you want to try is your choice but from My point of view,my experiences ,is not good at all. I have all the time bad experience.I deleted the app and I hope I will not find the company like this one.

Despite have photo evidence that we received the wrong order, they still refused a refund. Zero customer services. Will never use again.

I have been using just eat for years. But since I moved to Oxford things changed. Last experience yesterday, driver was not a good English speaker so he couldn't find my flat in a 2 floor building! I was waiting outside in the cold (after almost 2 hours waiting for the order) I got really frustrated when he then asked me to come down the building and said I will complaint. So he decided to take the order back to sainsbury (eventhough i edned up coming down!). The sainsbury manager called me and apologised and said I should complain to just eat so they can issue me a refund and he will report this to them as well. There was no contact number for just eat only a form I completed. I then got an email today stating they won't issue my refund and they won't tell me why because its an internal matter! I asked for the complaint form and to speak with the manager but I kept receiving the same reply. So they basically stole my money and didn't bother to give an explanation. No more dealing with just eat for me indeed.

Absolute rubbish. Their ‘policy’ is to only refund the cost of the goods and not the delivery cost of £3.50 even though the problem was that they delivered the wrong order!

will never refund if they mess up - no live help no number to call ordered food, wrong items delivered, no live help, nothing the restaurant could do, refused to refund and put credit on account, i obviously dont want to use them again and they have ignored requests to send the policy that wont let them refund and will now no longer reply to emails, no number to call. issuing chargeback and reporting to trading standards.

Just eat wouldn't refund me even though the meals were inedible and contained melted/burnt plastic that smelt so strong you could still smell it in the empty containers. I am absolutely appalled by just eat and will never order through them again!

Just eat has changed maybe poor management change of owners or simply becoming greedy. The service is very poor. Restaurants accept order and never deliver. Very disappointing

Would leave zero stars if it were possible. Their driver must have dropped the paper bag and attempted to deliver wet, torn bag, with wet cold food. I asked him what had happened and why the bag was wet and ripped. He said "I don't speak english". As I could not get a response from him, he took the food back. I Immediately called the restaurant and they said to call just eat. Just eat said that as there is no photograph they will not investigate further. This was a £30 order and just eat are rude, discourteous and clearly do not put their customers first, they are however ready to take and keep your money, when things go sour. Stear clear of them.

Where do I start with Just Eat ??? All I am going to say is AVOID using Just Eat at all costs because Just Eat don't resolve any issues out or take responsibility for any problems that arise but they will happily sit back and take your money. We have experienced numerous of issues with Just Eat and they don't want to listen or help people in anyway and the customer services team are so rude and unhelpful. I would not even rate Just Eat with 1 star because they deserve 0 stars in my opinion but that was not an option.

Two items of groceries not delivered and Just Eat stated they won't refund. I am now out of pocket for two items that have been paid for and either not delivered or stolen.

Out of 4 deliveries 2 have never arrived. That's a 50/50 if you get an order! Then they tell you it will be 10 days before you get your money back. Absolute ridiculous .

Absolutely diabolical service. I placed an order with a gift card on Valentine’s Day to the tune of £21.07. After over 90 minutes, the restaurant called me to apologise and advise me they’d cooked my meal twice, but no driver had arrived. They were confused, as four other Just Eat drivers had been and gone. They said they were closing in around 15 minutes and we agreed I would cancel the order if no driver had turned up in 10. One hadn’t, so, in agreement with the imminently closing restaurant, I cancelled the order. Whilst I did read that I would be charged, I thought that as no driver had turned up and it was clearly not the fault of me or the restaurant, I would of course be refunded. Alas, I have have several conversations with different representatives who claim that of course I will not be refunded. Absolutely diabolical. Do not order from this thieving, underhand and unreliable ‘company’

It was terrible. Not only have I not received my refund, but the app has now removed any button that can help with that particular order. I took a screenshot to show how Just Eat are audacious enough to take my money, refuse to refund me for faulty items and then ask for a review after having done nothing, not even sent communication except for this. Thank you so much for showing you cannot be trusted.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as there is no option for 0 star. This company is awful. I just placed an order for my kids, tracker said driver is nearby at 18.11 and food still has not arrived. I only live 10 mins away from the restaurant. Absolutely rubbish. The worst thing is that you can't even speak with the driver as they don't put their contact details once the order has been picked up. At least with Uber you can track the driver by speaking with them. Guess I will be ordering with Uber from now

Ordered food that arrived burnt. I’m 20 weeks pregnant so need to be careful especially with burnt food. We contacted the restaurant and they said since just eat took our money we are to get a refund through them. My husband spoke to 3 people, 1 being the team leader. Even though we sent through photo evidence they said due to their policy they cannot refund us. I read the policy and they could refund or give a credit note but they did not want to do this. I’ve now deleted the app and would rather use Uber eats. Customer service is just disgusting and yet they’re suppose to have a big name. Will be voicing this to friends and family as don’t want anyone to go through what we’ve been through
