Delivery left outside my house without alerting me. Couldn't eat and could have been stolen. Raised a claim with Just Eat. They refused it would explanation or hearing my case. I explained my case on their live chat. Had to ring round to even get instructions to find THAT. refund not given and no reason. I deleted my account. They're liars and thieves. Do not use!!!!!

Absolutely useless. Time just kept changing and a confirmed time of 45 minutes just kept changing until it was two hours later and I cancelled it. Whole family hungry….. terrible !

Order was not delivered, was told I'd have to order again but just eat would refund. So I paid for a meal twice. Didn't receive any refund. Then received an email saying that they won't refund me, but thank you for understanding. So I tried calling. No number works, tried online chat and that wasn't working. So I emailed them again. And they said now the decision was made they can't do anything. Absolutely fuming. ABYSMAL

I would do 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered from just eat for mcdonalds. NUMBER 1 MISTAKE! It took them over an hour to deliver and when it arrived it was someone else's order. We had just spend £50 and not recieved a single thing we had asked for. We contacted mcdonalds immediately who refuse to do anything, They said it's just eats problem so need to deal with them. All this is going on well I had young children upset and hungry. I contacted just eat immediately (only email seems they don't have a contact number to get assistance immediately). They then decided to email back 8 days later requesting photos of food we never had (mind boggling) Then they wanted images of food from 8 days before. When we told them it's impossible we didn't take pictures back then and we hadn't kept the mcdonalds hanging about for 8 days smelling and going nasty. They then responded by saying we didn't meet the requirements for a refund. Lol Honestly this place is a fraud. Theft seems to be a common problem with this Company. My advice stay clear from them and go to a better more caring company like uber or deliveroo. We for sure will never order from these fraudsters again and we have put a report in the trading standards and consumer ombudsman so hopefully this fraud firm don't rob anyone else. GO TO DELIVEROO OR UBER TRUST ME SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!

On November 16, 2023, I experienced a disappointing service with Just Eat. My order of a "Whole Chicken Meal" was incomplete, missing items like the Tango Orange Drink, Piri Piri Salt, and Sweet Chilli Dip, which was initially frustrating. The situation worsened during the delivery. My Ring.com camera recorded the delivery individual making unacceptable and offensive comments towards me, labelling me as "crazy" and a "liar" following the disclosure of my disability. Such behaviour is not only unprofessional but also potentially contravenes the UK's Equality Act 2010 (Equality Act 2010, c.15), designed to prevent disability-based discrimination, and could be seen as defamatory under the Defamation Act 2013, which aims to protect individuals from statements causing serious harm to reputation. Despite raising this issue with Just Eat and lodging a formal complaint, their response indicated an unwillingness to address these serious concerns. This non-action is deeply troubling and reflects negatively on Just Eat’s commitment to customer rights and ethical standards in business practice.

Disgusting treatment over inedible meal for 2 costing £40. Refused refund even when the restaurant authorised the refund. The restaurant handled complaint well but just eat refused to acknowledge that it iwas genuine. Never again will I give them the chance to rip me off. Deliveroo will now get my my custom

Are ok at takeaways definitely rubbish at grocery shopping!took money for pkt 1.7kilo chicken took the money but no chicken stay well clear I definitely will not use again

This company is shocking 24 pond mc d order 2 double sausage egg meals extra hash brown one pancake meal I got 2 pancake meals and a refund of 6 pound who does the maths on that o sorry the charged for the one pancakes they sent that got thrown in the bin does any one else think that is exceptable ablsoulty disgusting think they call it day light robbery folks do u self a favour order direct of m ds our use user this company is shocking needs shutting down theirs

We order food by your app and your driver went off with our order after we paid for it from the st Neots K F C we rang them and your driver pick it up put never delivered it so won’t ever use them a drain and will tell every one to watch out

Dreadful experience waited over an hour from estimated time and food cold when it arrived updates were inaccurate my food was a chicken wrap so no way to reheat as salad mayonnaise etd so had a cold late meal NEVER AGAIN I’ll make one at home - quicker cheaper and hot ! Do not use this company if you want anything remotely like service I can’t understand how they are still in business ! I rarely post bad reviews by the way Always give my EVRI deliveries 5 stars just so you know this review is genuine from a very upset customer

Tried to report a food poisoning possibility due to old, disgusting oil being used and got a bot response of "we will not deal with this and nothing you sat will change the outcome" I will be reporting this along with screenshot to FSA. Just Eat introduced me and I wasn't even asking for a refund, just reporting tge restaurant. No care for customers and to be honest a public health hazard of a company. Luckily I booked on a credit card so will be doing a consumer rights refund and will never use them again....been using for years and never a problem but this was disgusting both in terms of public health and customer care

Placed an order through just eat for 9 items from Asda, only 6 were delivered. just eat gave me a credit to my account instead of refunding to my original payment method without my permission. Under UK consumer law this is not allowed, they are legally obligated to refund to my original payment method. I have requested this many times now, including raising it on Facebook, but they are still telling me it’s their policy. I won’t be using them again, and would urge others to consider if they want to use a company that thinks it’s above the law.

The company is a scam you save on the stamp cards u get 2 your 5th stamp then the resturant dissappear and u lose your money you have saved this isn't a one off its happened with 2 different restaurants when I'm due free meals I go directly to the resturant and order now so just eat don't steal my money

my dog got hit by a car tonight, idiot delivered to wrong address not for me, didn't even wait at door, left a package on door step , knocked proceeded to leave. As I opened door and tied to tell them it wasn't for me dog got out and ran into road and got hit, tried to stop the car before it hit him but too fast, and spent the next few hours trying to find/catch him, as he ran off scared and injured. eventually with the power of Facebook we found him and got him to a vet, trying to resolve as vet bills are in the thousands.

Ordered a meal and got confirmation the order was on its way. The order never arrived. The take away Jahan Sandhurst denied any order being sent through and just eat took my money. Just eat haven’t responded to my emails and they are crooks. Never trust this company
