The company is a scam you save on the stamp cards u get 2 your 5th stamp then the resturant dissappear and u lose your money you have saved this isn't a one off its happened with 2 different restaurants when I'm due free meals I go directly to the resturant and order now so just eat don't steal my money

Order never arrived, app doesn't work, no way to contact customer service or leave a complaint, absolutely the worst service I ever encountered. Honestly thinking it might be a scam.

my dog got hit by a car tonight, idiot delivered to wrong address not for me, didn't even wait at door, left a package on door step , knocked proceeded to leave. As I opened door and tied to tell them it wasn't for me dog got out and ran into road and got hit, tried to stop the car before it hit him but too fast, and spent the next few hours trying to find/catch him, as he ran off scared and injured. eventually with the power of Facebook we found him and got him to a vet, trying to resolve as vet bills are in the thousands.

Ordered a meal and got confirmation the order was on its way. The order never arrived. The take away Jahan Sandhurst denied any order being sent through and just eat took my money. Just eat haven’t responded to my emails and they are crooks. Never trust this company

I ordered a meal costing £30. It never even left the shop as was cancelled thier end but I was still charged and just eat refused to refund me. Theft

Scammers & Thieves !! Please do not use this awful company!! They basically take your money, don’t deliver the food then refuse to refund you!! You can only email them then you just get automated emails back. I really don’t know ho

Ordered a burger and fries from Five Guys but only received the burger. Complained to Just Eat and they eventually refunded me for the missing fries but didn't refund any of the service fee I paid, which was a percentage of the order total (including the fries). So I had my meal ruined but was only partially refunded and received no actual compensation. When I complained further, they insisted this was company policy. Wow.

Ordered my shopping from Asda. Which I have done on numerous occasions and never had any problems getting a credit or refund for missing items. Today however my order was missing two items I submitted the refund request only to receive a generic email stating the following: Thank you for contacting us about your recent order ********. We're sorry to hear you didn't have the great experience we wanted for you. We've looked into everything in detail to see what we can do. On this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation based on all the information we have. We appreciate your understanding and we hope to have the chance to provide a better experience for you next time. Thanks again for getting in touch with us. What information do they have, I didn't receive two items, whats so difficult. I replied to enquire why they won't refund me and I received very much the same response. If Just Eat are doing this to customers how much are they making!!! I realise the issue is Asdas fault for not picking and packing the missing items but Just Eat should refund its customers then seek to claim back from Asda. In the current climate with the cost of living crisis every penny counts and you are ripping already struggling customers off causing financial hardship. I now have to buy missing items again. SHAME ON YOU JUST EAT!!!! Will not be using them again account deleted.

Awful company. Not only they refused a refund for missing items, they are also making fun of customers complaining to them. I was told after 3 back and forth emails that since I can't provide a photo they can't look further into it. Just to make myself clear: provide a photo of a missing item... They are the worst, I just deleted my account.

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL customer service. Just be aware If anything whatsoever goes wrong with your order they will not do anything to help and definitely will Not refund. This company is disgraceful they seem to not be included in Consumer Rights laws and don't give one iota about any problems, the refuse to resolve anything.
