I ordered a meal costing £30. It never even left the shop as was cancelled thier end but I was still charged and just eat refused to refund me. Theft

Scammers & Thieves !! Please do not use this awful company!! They basically take your money, don’t deliver the food then refuse to refund you!! You can only email them then you just get automated emails back. I really don’t know ho

We never received our order, yet the app stated delivered and we could not track on the app. Bad customer service from justveat and the resturaunt ordered from.

Ordered a burger and fries from Five Guys but only received the burger. Complained to Just Eat and they eventually refunded me for the missing fries but didn't refund any of the service fee I paid, which was a percentage of the order total (including the fries). So I had my meal ruined but was only partially refunded and received no actual compensation. When I complained further, they insisted this was company policy. Wow.

Ordered my shopping from Asda. Which I have done on numerous occasions and never had any problems getting a credit or refund for missing items. Today however my order was missing two items I submitted the refund request only to receive a generic email stating the following: Thank you for contacting us about your recent order ********. We're sorry to hear you didn't have the great experience we wanted for you. We've looked into everything in detail to see what we can do. On this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation based on all the information we have. We appreciate your understanding and we hope to have the chance to provide a better experience for you next time. Thanks again for getting in touch with us. What information do they have, I didn't receive two items, whats so difficult. I replied to enquire why they won't refund me and I received very much the same response. If Just Eat are doing this to customers how much are they making!!! I realise the issue is Asdas fault for not picking and packing the missing items but Just Eat should refund its customers then seek to claim back from Asda. In the current climate with the cost of living crisis every penny counts and you are ripping already struggling customers off causing financial hardship. I now have to buy missing items again. SHAME ON YOU JUST EAT!!!! Will not be using them again account deleted.

Awful company. Not only they refused a refund for missing items, they are also making fun of customers complaining to them. I was told after 3 back and forth emails that since I can't provide a photo they can't look further into it. Just to make myself clear: provide a photo of a missing item... They are the worst, I just deleted my account.

2 double big macs missing from order & 3 barbecue sauce & 3 sweet & sour . Asked for refund turned me down. Total rip off Out of 6 times ordered only had condiments once

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL customer service. Just be aware If anything whatsoever goes wrong with your order they will not do anything to help and definitely will Not refund. This company is disgraceful they seem to not be included in Consumer Rights laws and don't give one iota about any problems, the refuse to resolve anything.

It's a good thing I don't order on their app. This is what I saw when I called into a busy pizza restaurant. Do 'Just Eat' ever check on hygiene standards? The smell of the bag was incredibly greasy and horrendous! I hope they don't use the same one for vegetarians food too! Sorry, I thought I'd be able to post the picture I took. Just take my word for the filth.

I received the wrong order and although I sent photographic evidence to their customer service they are refusing to refund me. I still have the wrong order here it is food and is now spoiled but I offered them to come and collect it if they don't believe me. Disgraceful customer service! Do not use this service, they really don't care.

I've used this for years. Regularly odd items are missing but I'm missing an entire £80 co-op order and being refused a refund because they can track the driver to driving to my house but yet can't provide proof that it was handed over. And because I've requested a refund for odd items previously that had been missing off various orders that makes it OK that I don't get my £80 back?!

Awful company no customer service except to send a message which they say they never got, undercooked and raw food , items missing and after a week of trying to get hold of someone they say I have left it too late and conveniently they did not receive my messages. Deleted account and will not be using again, avoid and take your money elsewhere

Speaking as a business, it's the most ridiculous online ordering system I've ever seen in my life. You can't even add your own menu, you send an excel list, they make people with very bad English as administrators in India, you try to add products with them, you enter their system as if it was 2013, not 2023. It is not a suitable system, while its competitors are very high quality, their system is like a potato. I don't understand why you are trying to add restaurant or supermarket to your system if your system is not ready. My score is 0. Your management style is 0. The English accent or understanding of your customer representatives is 0. I will never use them again, neither as a customer nor as a business. I will cancel from our 10 branches.
