“On Friday July 8 2022 we had a Just Junk come to our home to give an appraisal on moving a piano. The individual told us he would send an email with the quate. We have been waiting over a week and have heard nothing. Called the head office. twice on different days asking about our quote. W e were told the information had not been downloaded and assured us we would get it. We are still waiting. Would not trust anyone that cannot keep a promise. If they can't get back to you when they say they would how can you trust them to come and pick up your furniture? As Gerry Seinfeld once said "you know how to take a reservation you just don't know how to keep a reservation".”

“Great Maritime service! Three guys, showed up on time to move my heavy exercise equipment and old tires. Solved the removal problem and were finished and gone within 1/2 hour. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires junk removal!”

“Ordered just junk for today. Appt was for between 9:00 and 11:00 am. Was quoted for 1 1/2 trucks to 2 trucks. Truck came 1/2 full with other stuff. Advised them I would not pay for stuff that was already in their truck. Was told they would come back but only after 4. I'v done this a few times and there is no way there was 2 truck worth of stuff.”

Charges do not occur for items outside of your own when free estimates are provided for any junk removal service.

“I called for help with removal of soil from backyard. 2 trucks arrived to assess the job and quote a price. Trevor quoted a price of around $700 to remove a "bed-load" of the soil, which he estimated would be about half of the total amount of excess soil that I had. Trevor added that it would cost me over $1100 to remove the entire amount of excess soil. But I felt that was way too much! So I agreed to pay the $700. Well...after a short period of work, and removal of only one-third of the soil, the guys declared they were done! In fact, they had dumped the soil into just one of their trucks that had already received quite a lot of junk from a previous job! Maybe that's why they stopped their work prematurely? BOTTOM LINE...I feel that I over-paid by a lot! So I am letting you know at that "all is NOT well" with Just Junk...and you may some areas where you need to improve.”

“Horrible experience. They never showed up after giving a two hour time block and then another time when they couldn't make the first time. and they double the price once they contact you. If you question it, they say they don’t want ‘to waste their time to come out for an estimate.’ Save your money and time and contact any of the many other companies providing junk removal who are more reliable and less expensive. Other poor reviews are very accurate. I wish I had read them before booking with this company.”

“Perfect customer service. Can't recommend this company enough. Extra plus is that their prices are bang on. The last crew I hired took items I was not disposing of. I had to crawl into the truck bed to retrieve. Feel so much better that all my "junk" is gone!”

“They had everything set up for them doors propped backs removed vacuumed and ready to go in and out in ten minutes and still charged us $200 we asked for the perfectly good furniture to be donated and the just tossed it in the back and said they can't donate upholstered furniture no matter what the condition. In hind sight we should have just thrown it to the curd and saved $200 buck. No where on their website does it say upholstered furniture goes to the dump!”

“We called and managed to have a same day pick up. I received a phone call letting me know they were on their way. They were extremely courteous and had no problems removing the items from the house. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to clear items out of their homes”

“Customer service was great. That is why I gave them 2 stars. Prices!!! I had a 52" TV, two golf club bags and a patio heater. I was advised that this would be priced out at 1/8th of a truck. The price was $161.70 plus tip. I foolishly gave a 20% tip. This transaction cost me close to $200.00 - they have no senior discount. They were also over an hour late within the timeframe given but they did call - what was I supposed to do - cancel them? I re-arranged my plans to be home. I will never use Just Junk again. As a senior and a widow, the price is way too high for me.”

“Amazing service! Michael F, Smiley Face (I'm not sure who this was) and Mack (there were three in total) were prompt, courteous and efficient. From the time they called me to tell me they were coming and when they left with my junk, it was half an hour. I would fully recommend this company to anyone! Thanks, guys!!!”

“May 17 2022. To start the drivers phoned the wrong phone number and left 2 msgs on my home land line rather than calling the apartment cell # provided. Had to reschedule the elevator for 1 - 3 pm that afternoon. The drivers did not show in the pm. After speaking to about 5 phone representative the drivers phoned and said they would be another hour and a 1/2. Elevator would no longer be available. They lied and said they showed up. But, I was washing the windows looking out to the front street entrance and they did not come. Then they claimed they came into the secure building. They then claimed they knocked on the apt. door. They did not. Besides there is an old fashioned mail slot that could have been used to let their presence be known. Completely incompetent. Tell me, who is going to compensate me for my days wages that I lost. Your company does not have a mailing address. I would have preferred to have written a letter about my experience so that someone might actually read it and pay attention. Shame on you. Reference # 498210 May 17, Winnipeg”
