“A large selection of masks ensures that there is something that will suit your needs. Delivery was spot on with next day delivery, being able to track (with regular updates pushed to me) and the option to have delivered to a safe place if you are not home. Overall, I was very happy with the service.”

Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. You purchased a "stick-not attached" and therefore we sent the stick separately. Hope this helps for future reference

“The service and delivery were very good and the look of the masks was great, but my princess mask had glitter on it that just fell away constantly onto my face, dress and my partners outfit. It was quite annoying so not sure if I would use Just Posh Masks again. Also I suggest you use a better glue for your glitter.”

“The mask I wanted was out of stock so I went through the link to make an enquiry as to when the mask was back in stock etc. NO REPLY. Emailed a day or so after to their main email address to enquire about the mask, NO REPLY. Phoned a day or so after that and left a voicemail message, NO REPLY - appalling and non-existent customer service! Ordered a different mask in the end as this company had unusual ones in comparison to their competitors, arrived in a lovely presentation box and was really pleased however, the mask was in a clear sealed bag with a label stating that if the bag is opened the item is not returnable...I was then faced with the impossible - HOW DOES ONE TRY ON A MASK THAT IS IN A SEALED BAG?”

We are sorry to see that you had a negative experience from us. We did reply to your emails (they might have gone into your junk folder?) Under Health and Safety we cannot resell masks that have been worn by other people. (no-one wants to wear a mask that has been on someone elses face) Most "Fancy Dress" shops opt for "No returns", however we seal all masks so that customers can see the mask, hold it to their face, check it fits and also check they like it before "breaking the seal". If the seal is NOT broken you can return for a full refund. We are already looking at a different way of doing this and do take your point on board
