“My car was fitted with tyres that were manufactured in 2009 after I brought it to the attention of the fitter/ Manager he did eventually agree to replace them with 2013 tyres despite the fact I had driven the car on the other tyres. All in all the service was good and the price competitive and I would return although I'm not sure if I would be welcome.”

“I went in to the Crawley Branch because I knew that both my front tyres needed attention and so did the tracking on my car. I have always had the same courteous attention each time that i have used Just Tyres. My recent visit was no exception! I needed three new tyres due to wear on two and a screw in the third. I opted for four as I prefer to be safe! There has never been what I term 'pressure selling' at Just Tyres unlike another, said to be fast, tyre retailer. This is why both my wife and me return to Just Tyres! Thanks and appreciation for a really excellent service go to the Crawley Branch!”

“I purchased 4 x Michelin tyres from Paul in York. Good telephone contact on my first enquiry. Price of the 4 tyres was very acceptable. Probably if I had shopped around further, I may have got an even better price, but Paul was very professional and gave me the confidence that he knew what he was talking about. The tyres were ordered and fitted a few days later and took only 45 minutes. Overall good experience, well done Just Tyres of York.”

“I had a very poor experience at Bletchley Milton Keynes. On obtaining a quote over the phone I was quoted £98 a tyre. On arrival, I was told that the tyre size had changed but 'not to worry as the tyres were in stock'. No mention of price whatsoever. After the job was completed I was asked for £440.00 as the price of the tyre was more expensive. Should this not have been made clear to me at the time before this point? You would think as I sat there while the job was done I would be told this does double the price of the original quote? I did get a reduced price in the end but still £130 more than the original quote. I was left in a very difficult situation and out of pocket from the original quote. “The two guys at Aylesbury are a real credit to your organisation. They phone when they say they will, prompt attention when attending depot with car, explained everything I needed to know. Very courteous, friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend and return when circumstances demand, which with the potholes in Buckinghamshire wont be too long!”
