“LOVED the blackberry water!! (Product 5 stars) Customer service not so much. (Customer service no stars) Picked 1 star because it wouldn't submit otherwise. Reached out because I got an email saying our order was arriving on 6/2 checked track my order as it was getting late on 6/2 and noticed that the delivery date was now listed as pending. My credit card had already been charged. Contacted customer service by emailed because that was not something we had experienced with Just Water in the past. We have always been happy with the service and product. The response the next day from customer service was lest than impressive and basically said low on stock and 7-10 days was their ship time”

“This water is INCREDIBLE!!! I don't usually like cherry flavored items, but your Cherry JUSTWater is AMAZING!!!! The flavoring is just-right...not too over-powering like most cherry-flavored foods/drinks!!! And, of course, I absolutely LOVE the education that you provide on the packaging! I share the bottles with anyone/everyone who asks!!!”

“The 33.8 ounce size always leaks, I like the water taste and the smaller ones have been fine but you have to figure out a better lid for the larger, why not the same lid as the small?”
