Disappointing Customer Service Response to Family Medical Emergency by JustFly.com I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and flexibility exhibited by JustFly.com in response to a family medical emergency. Recently, I encountered a situation where I urgently needed to cancel or rebook a flight due to unforeseen medical circumstances within my family. Despite reaching out to JustFly.com with a genuine plea for assistance, their response was not only unsympathetic but also unhelpful, leaving me in a distressing situation. One of the most distressing aspects of this experience was the apparent lack of willingness on the part of JustFly.com to take responsibility or make an exception given the extenuating circumstances. Instead of demonstrating understanding and compassion, they chose to deflect blame onto the airline, claiming that their hands were tied due to the airline's policies. This passing of responsibility only added to the frustration and stress of an already difficult situation. To exacerbate matters, when I reached out directly to the airline in question, they expressed a willingness to make an exception and assist with my request. However, due to the flight being booked through JustFly.com, they were unable to intervene due to JustFly.com's policies. This conflicting response further highlights the lack of coherence and customer-centric approach within JustFly.com's service model. In moments of crisis, customers rely on the support and understanding of service providers to alleviate some of the burdens they face. Unfortunately, JustFly.com failed to deliver on these expectations, leaving me feeling abandoned and unsupported during a time of genuine need. As a consumer, I expect more from companies entrusted with facilitating essential travel arrangements. JustFly.com's inflexible policies and lack of empathy in response to a family medical emergency are deeply disappointing and reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Moving forward, I urge JustFly.com to reevaluate their policies and prioritize compassion and flexibility in their approach to customer service. Failure to do so risks further alienating customers who may find themselves in similar distressing circumstances in the future. In conclusion, the handling of this situation by JustFly.com serves as a stark reminder of the importance of empathy and flexibility in customer service, particularly when dealing with sensitive issues such as family emergencies. They use the cheaper price to trap you. you make the reservation. you filled all the credit card and address, all of private informations. You confirm your reservation. The message will show "The new itineraries are available!" or The message will show "The credit card information is not correct. please use a new card!" They have all your private information and two credit card information! You could not get the "cheapest" fare! You lose your private information!

Justfly Customer Service: A Terrible Experience from Start to Finish I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Justfly's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From the moment I needed assistance, it became clear that this company does not prioritize customer service or satisfaction. To start, I had to spend nearly three hours on their online chat, desperately trying to explain my emergency situation and seeking urgent assistance. Despite this significant time investment, I received little to no useful help. Instead, I was met with rude responses, a lack of understanding, and a general sense that the agents had no idea how to address my issue. When I tried to call Justfly, the situation was even worse. There was no one to talk to, and I was stuck in an endless loop of waiting, only to be forced back into the dreaded online chat. This lack of human interaction was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had a legitimate issue that required immediate attention. My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. This felt like a blatant attempt to extract more money from me for something that should have been resolved without additional charges. The lack of honesty and transparency was appalling. It seemed that once I had paid for my ticket, Justfly was no longer interested in providing any form of customer service. Instead, they tried to squeeze more money out of me for absolutely no reason. I have used many travel booking websites, but Justfly has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and disrespectful to customers. I will never use this website again, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, choose a different travel booking service. Justfly is simply not worth the headache.

This company is a scam please book the ticket directly from the airline , they are scammers and can’t even allow anyone to speak to customer services.

They sold me a none existing ticket. I bought the tickets for my brother and when he got to the airport, they sent him away, telling him he has been scammed. I called Just flight, no one answered but emailed me instead, all they kept saying was "we are sorry we can't help you" Even though I bought the flight with insurance, I later found out they owed the insurance company as well.

This is the worst company. I fully paid our tickets On September 2023. When I have to confirm our tickets 3 days before our flight on 2/13/24, I was told to pay additional $495 because I paid a discounted price before. Since it is only 3 days before our flight, I have no chice but to pay. We also paid extra for our seat number, but when we got our tickets from the airport, our seat number is not the same as what we paid for. After we got back from our vacation, Just Fly charge me another $12.95. I tried to contact this company but it's hard to conact them. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BEWARE!!!

This company is a scam! Do not use it! Spare yourself of issues. I paid the full ticket and just few days before my trip I was told by the airline that changes were made to my booking by Justfly. The ticket was not confirmed. I called justfly.com and been told I need to pay extra for taxes. I had no choice but to pay. I WILL NEVER USE JUSTFLY! Horrible experience! Too bad I can not give them Zero star.

Terrible customer services! Cancel my tickets without me asking for that and when I chat with agents they kept saying wait and they will get back to me but I still do not hear from them even my flight will be in 2 days.

After using this platform for several years, the first time I have a problem I can't get in touch with anyone. The agent at the counter in Tbilisi Georgia didn't know anything about Type D visas and caused us to miss our flight. From there we lost 4 more flights because we had to re route to different countries. After waiting on a chat for over 8 hours I was not able to get anything. The answer was, we can't do anything. I am taking the lost because I am to blame for not getting insurance However, justfly lost a loyal customer. I will never use their platform again and I hope none who is reading this message uses it as well. Companies believe to be immune to our complaints However there is a lot of value in feedback. Goodbye Justfly

I would not trust this company. No way of getting a live person. Everything must be done online via chat. Takes about 40 plus minutes to reach somebody. Charge of 200 to cancel. Buyer beware. Scammers!

Jusfly jacked up our ticket price by almost $400 after waiting 4 days for ticket issuances!!!. Justfly manager also threatened us for $450 cancellation fees.

They stole my money $2000 tickets I purchased for 4/2020 . Flight was cancelled by the airline and I never got my money back from them “ the agent” !!!!! DO NOT book with them!!!! They are scammers!!!!!! Their customer service is somewhere in Asia and they just BS you and ask for more money. They told me that I have first to pay them another $170 for them to check my refund. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! I am looking now to sue these f*^#%s!!!!

Their customer support in no means available. If you try reaching them it will take 2+hrs. I wanted to get my flight changed 3hrs before but their customer care came for chat only after when my flight left. You cannot cancel your ticket. If there is anything less than this I would have selected unfortunately I have to give 1. Choose expedia or other better agencies do not go via them. Their customer support is not availability to help you out with. Worst worst stay away from them

They do not disclose the $300 cancellation fee. And they refuse to follow DOT regulations or industry norms of no cancellation fees within 24 hours. They charged me $300 to cancel a $286 ticket just hours after I made the booking. They claim they are an agency and not a carrier, so federal law does not apply to them and they can charge whatever fees they want (they charge a lot of other fees that airlines are barred from charging).

Pay attention! They present a low price and then they charge 70% up for seat selection!!! Avoid this unscrupulous company and go with one with upfront pricing! They charge two fees for the same seat: one for the airline and one for them.
