“We purchased a roundtrip flight for our daughter. The flight left Atlanta to Daytona Beach and in reverse on Tuesday the 19th. The flight on the 19Th was purchased for a 3:28pm departure. This was purchased on 8/24, I sent he a screen shot through text of her flights and times. Her flight was changed to 6AM on the 19th. Justfly says I went in and changed it before I purchased it, they can tell by the keystrokes. NO WAY!!! I would never purchase a 6AM flight, for 2 reasons. 1. I hate mornings. 2. The 19th is her grandmothers Birthday and we had a lunch planned before she flew out. Ahmed was rude and argued with everything we said even refusing to get me a supervisor 3 times. The supervisor finally called and told me about the keystrokes and I can changed the ticket for a crazy amount of money.

“If for any reason you want to cancel or even change your flight. They will charge you at least $500 on top of everything. $300 for an "airline penalty" yet no where else does it state that besides an obscure page on their website that only support has a link to. Not to mention their support is horrible, can't even read what your saying, or don't care enough. They DON'T send chat transcripts as "They don't have a corporate email" that is a straight up lie. It auto selected 5 star and when you try to choose anything else the page freezes, AKA they kicked my PC off their website(Yes they can do that, I'm in the network industry), and because of that you can't even scroll back in the TINY chat window to take screenshots of the chat.
Their cancellation protection for 200$ is also garbage as it doesn't do anything besides say you've been denied, EVEN though its out of my control which is exactly what their own policy says.

I purchased my flight ticket back on February 9th 2023 from Los Angeles to Toulouse for the weeks of July 14th to July 30th. I received a confirmation email and receipt. When I first tried to check in online in LA, there was some issues. The airline kept saying that the travel agency had cancelled the flight. I went online again and was able to check in through another tool. I went to the airport the next day and the airline helped me get my ticket to the right city.
For the return ticket, I tried to check in online again 24 hours in advance with the airline and it didn’t work. I was unable to fix the problem online and didn’t get through to anyone. The next day, on my flight day, I showed up to the airport, to the airline register and gave them my passport with all of the confirmation numbers from justfly.com but it was not working! I was not on the system and therefore I was not able to take my flight to go back to work and go to the doctor appointment of my 3years old boy who has asphma. I have contacted justfly on the phone and they told me that they were not responsible, that the flight was cancelled by me!? Although I have never receive a cancel confirmation nor a refund of my payment. Note that I have provided to them all the proof showing my eligibility to take my flight.
To put it simply, they robbed me of several thousand dollars! Is it how they make money and proposed cheaper flight? By robbing few people like me? It’s a scandal! I particularly need to bring my son to the doctor as he has asthma!”

They kept asking me before I purchased my tickets if I wanted to add luggage, insurance or other plans to my trip. I declined all. Come to find out they charge an arm and a leg for seats, luggage and insurance when it’s not needed. Double the prices of the airlines directly. They gave me the wrong confirmation # and spelled our names wrong. If we did not call to fix this we wouldn’t have been able to fly. I had to call once a week for 3 weeks for them to fix it because on their records “they never got my call”. All they care for is your money and try to out smart you. “Thieves!!! I was booking a flight and just when I had given them my credit card information a message poped up in the screen saying the flight price had gone up. There was an OK option, which I did not click because I didn't want to pay the increased amount. There wasn no "NO" option or chance to delete your card information. They booked the flight although I did not click OK. I called immediately to explain. They said they would reimburse. They did, partially, but charged me with a "booking fee" of $150 which they refuse to give back in spite that I never gave my OK to that flight.
