The message will show "The new itineraries are available!" or The message will show "The credit card information is not correct. please use a new card!" When I tried to call Justfly, the situation was even worse. There was no one to talk to, and I was stuck in an endless loop of waiting, only to be forced back into the dreaded online chat. This lack of human interaction was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had a legitimate issue that required immediate attention.
My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. When I have to confirm our tickets 3 days before our flight on 2/13/24, I was told to pay additional $495 because I paid a discounted price before. Since it is only 3 days before our flight, I have no chice but to pay. We also paid extra for our seat number, but when we got our tickets from the airport, our seat number is not the same as what we paid for.
After we got back from our vacation, Just Fly charge me another $12.95. I tried to contact this company but it's hard to conact them.

The agent at the counter in Tbilisi Georgia didn't know anything about Type D visas and caused us to miss our flight. From there we lost 4 more flights because we had to re route to different countries. After waiting on a chat for over 8 hours I was not able to get anything. The answer was, we can't do anything.
