Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever had. the pods leak, Ive had mis matched pods in packages, they want you to pay to exchange them. Tried to set up online account to verfiy my name, DL, age, etc etc. I mis-spelled my own name.Dumb i know, but it happens....my account Would not activate. Emailed "Customer Support" said my account has been deleted and I would not be able to make another with my name, phone number, or adress....All I got was Copy and paste responses through email. That Resolved absolutly Nothing.

I stopped using Juul when they stopped selling flavored pods. If my only option is tobacco flavor I may as well just smoke cigarettes. Bring back flavored pods.

This is a good product, I’ve been using for 2 weeks and only had a few smokes since. However a big issue for me is that my pods are only lasting about 2 days, with 4 being £11 this doesn’t even cover a week so I’m going to spend at least £40 a month on pods as they are too small. Bit annoying considering it’s a really good product, but getting vape juice lasts longer and is cheaper, JUUL please look at making bigger pods that are more cost effective overall, the return you will make on continuous customers will outweigh the cost invested in the pods size and pricing.

I have to buy a new pack every 3/4 days because every juul pod I put in leaks and I’m over spending $20 on pods that just leak as soon as I open them

I love Juul but now a rip off! The last few months they leak terribly so now I costs twice as much so going to find a different brand!

I love my Juul! I HAD to quit smoking cigarettes and this device made it easy. I haven't had any trouble with leaking pods or anything else, I wish the battery lasted a little longer but that's about it. I appreciate not having to mess with coils and such... just snap in a pod and vape away.

Juul makes a phenomenally effective liquid and desirable battery. Here's the problem - they outsource the manufacturering to the cheapest, lowest quality provider possible. There result? You can't get the damn liquid out!! Every puff let's in so many air bubbles that you have to remove the pod, shake it, tap it, suck on it, squeeze it, and put it back. Take one puff and repeat the process. It is so remarkably tedious that it will drive a person to smoke if they didn't before. They are unresponsive, unapologetic, and refuse to stand behind poor product. What could have been an amazing tool is reduced to a shameful, misleading, profit hungry machine.

I used Juul to quit smoking after 10 years, so I give them a star for that! When I first started in 2018 it was a great product, loved the mango flavor before kids got ahold of it and ruined everything. So I switched to mint and I’ve noticed the quality deteriorating. The pods leak and literally last a day before I need to replace! I was an occasional smoker and only smoked 2-3 cigarettes PER DAY. One before work, one after work, and one before bed, meaning a pack used to last a week. A pack of Juul lasts me 4 days, so I’m spending WAY more than I ever did on cigarettes. So, I’m currently making the tradition to another product. The liquid must be cut cheaper bc they used to last a week or more. I’m not hitting it all that often and it runs out quickly. At 5 dollars a pod it’s a total rip off.

The charging of the Juul totally sucks! I have owned around 10 or so Juul because I like the sleek and discrete look and feel. However, I am done! Every single one of them have had issues with charging Within 1-2 months. I have returned a few and received new ones at no cost to me, but results in the same vicious insane cycle! I am out!

I am so glad to see others complain about leaking pods in the Virginia Tobacco. I reached out to the Support Team and they wanted me to pay a dollar and sales tax to replace them. This was after two days of emails and responses. So I have ‘made the switch’ to another product, their QC has deteriorated. I only can assume greed and pressure are affecting their business, of which they will be out of in two years...

The customer support has dramatically changed from great (as recent as two months ago) to absolute NIGHTMARE! And the pods still leak. If you can't improve your product make sure your customer support is their to save your company, right?!

I smoked a pack a day for 25 yrs. I finally bought the Jull 6 weeks ago, never looked back. I wouldn’t even think about lighting up again. I never had a problem with pods leaking so I don’t know what these bad reviews are about. If you want to quit give it a try. Takes a couple days to transition.

I used to love juul it helped me quit smoking slowly. But recently after the vape ban and when they came back. Every single juul pod I have bought from the brand juul or any off brand, have all leaked. From any store I bought them or anything I’ve done to make them not leak, they have all leaked and I am tired of it. it feels like a waste of money. I also have 4 juul batteries and they all do the same. But before the ban I would have this problem but not with every single pod I buy.

I've been using Juul for 6 months, most pods work but some leak, some don't pull at all, and some will be empty after only using it half the day. When finally I reached out for a replacement (saved box, receipt, etc) they insulted me with a $1 off coupon for a 2 pack. No Thank You! for time for an alternative to this very expensive product.

Juul has a rechargeable case promotion going on. On the website it says you can get one if you buy two four packs. What it doesn’t tell you is that you have to subscribe for 3 months. When I called to cancel this they said I couldn’t without paying them $70. Their customer service is terrible and they are clearly taking advantage of people.

I used 2 weeks of patches and then went to just my juul. I haven’t smoked a cigarette since then. I like the juul. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is sometimes the draw isn’t very consistent. And sometimes it does leak a little. But I’m very happy with it. I don’t smell of smoke anymore. I do hope soon to get off the juul too. But for now I’m very happy.

Juul has HORRIBLE customer service bought pods and they were empty lol was told I could get a new one sent but I paid for mint and they don’t sale mint anymore how does that make sense. I wanted my $10 back and it’s too much for juul to do apparently. The product sucks anyways. No one should use it !

Juul pods are way to expensive - they do not last long enough nor are they worth the amount paid for them
