19 years smoking, tried everything. Found a juul in my 16 year olds back pack. I had it for a week or so. Tried it , I haven't had a cigarette in 3 months. Since I quit, two of my employees have taken up the Juul and my mother to. Yes we've had a few issues with a leaky pod or two. The convince and the fact that I don't smoke anymore, out ways a leaky pod.

Got a clue you posers. 74% of your reviews are negative 1 and 2 star reviews Wake up and smell the coffee before you tank the whole company. Would serve you right, you overpriced poison-pushers. I'm switching to another brand. You all can blow it out your ass.

Your website sucks. First you tried to include and charge me for a new juul which I don't need and didn't request. Then, the site wouldn't accept the password you suggested and that I accepted. What incompetence. I thought it was because of my password but after reading other reviews, it may be the age verification thing. I'm 64 years old by I'll be damned if I'm going to jump thru all your hoops to get your overpriced product. I'll be switching to another brand.

Amazing support and customer service! I’ve had trouble two times out of three with my orders: I bought my first starter pack for 75$+ in a smoke shop next to my house. After testing all the flavors included I then decided to go order my favorites pods from the Juul website as everything there is cheaper. I ordered about a couple of other smoking devices since it was so much more inexpensive online. I payed for express shipping, as well as 4packs of pods, this order totaling about 240$. A couple of days later I only receive the 4 packs of pods from the order. I then called customer service and I have to say I was amazed by how fast it was to speak with an actual person. And how nice and caring they were! I asked if the devices were shipped in a separate order since I didn’t receive them. The associate said it might have been a mistake on their part, and proceeded to reship them, express shipping on Juul! HE ALSO GAVE ME A COUPON CODE FOR 50% off my next order!!! Just, amazing. A month later I decided to re-up my pods and once again, I ordered a couple of devices more, 3 separate chargers and 10 packs of pods (the maximum amount authorized). The total was 297$ but with my coupon, I only paid $184 including express shipping again. I was very satisfied with this order. My third and last order, I decided to re -up only on mint pods, my absolute favorites, 6 packs pods for the price of 5 with their promotion. I didn’t not pay for Express shipping and waited very impatiently for 5 days lol. Finally, I received an email saying that it was delivered around 11am. When I came back later in the evening from college. I did not find it at my door. I tried calling Juul’s customer service after contacting USPS, but both were closed (it was 7pm) I then decided to check with my neighbors if they didn’t get the package. Nothing. The next day I called Juul’s customer service in the morning and explained the issue. Personally, I suspected the package to have been stolen from my front door (my mailbox was open when I checked it) Once again, it only took a few seconds from the moment I called before I was connected with an associate that had the authority to take care of me without transferring me to other department or make me hold. The lady on the phone was very nice, and immediately re ship a new order for me, free of any charge AND with express shipping on them! With the only condition that someone be present on delivery day to sign upon it. What’s the word? Amazing! In summary, with Juul, you get what you pay for AND MORE. Great products, great team, great flavors and great care for their customers.

Just spent $54.00 to get started,battery keeps charge for about 2hrs. You get that good crackle hit maybe twice then nothing. I found that you have to remove pod and put it back in each time to get a fair hit. I was using enjoy which battery cost .99,pods last 2 days(2 for 10.00) only problem was a little too strong so switched to Juul because the pods came 3% instead of 5%.How can a product work so good for some and crappy for others,none the less done with Juul!

Verifying your age on the Juul sight is impossible. I am 48 years old and unable to purchase pods from the sight. Price's for these pods have went up from 15.99 to 24.99 in stores. I am extremely frustrated with this company and do not recommend getting involved. Choose a different product. Not worth the hassle.

34 years of age. Submitted everything required: License pictures, address, actual photo, last 4 numbers of SSN and still unable to verify. TL;DR: Their verification system SUCKS and they are most likely losing customers left and right -or at the very least, they lost this one-

As a 65 year old person the inability to sign up was so frustrating. Sent numerous pics of ID etc and still can’t order. JUUL sucks. You do not need my face and front and back of my drivers license. Ridiculous.

Though the juul has helped me stop smoking, the small size of the charger has caused me to be on now the 3rd one which is a big inconvenience both time wise and cost wise. 10.88 for a replacement charger in store. Alto isnt quite the same but at least their charger is on a cord so its not as easily misplaced.

Customer service and delivery are the absolute worst out of any company I have ever dealt with on a continual basis. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now and since I first started complaining about their poor delivery service back in November nothing has changed in fact it's actually gotten worse because for two months now I have called to make sure my MONTHLY shipment goes out on my ship date and they tell me "it should go out on time". Last month my shipmentwas over a week late. This month I emailed, called twice, and begged them to make sure it would go out on the day it's SUPPOSED to go out on as I was leaving to go out of town for 10 days and, oh my, even after being put on hold all I got was "it should go out". Guess what? For the 3rd time, it didn't go out. They told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do. They refused to move my ship date up because I am almost at the max 15 boxes of PODS a month. Sean actually told me that the feds control their computers (lol) when I asked him to move my date up. Most of the time I talk to someone I feel like they're just way too laid-back for my liking. Today was the breaking point because it didn't even go out today. SO AFTER I PLEADED MY SHIPMENT GOES OUT "HOPEFULLY" 2 DAYS LATE, but not in time for my vacation. Thank you Juul! Over $2,500 a year and I get s**t on. I just got notice in the late afternoon that it was shipping but it's not at the post office yet and when I went on my account to cancel my future shipments my current one is still pending (So it didn't even ship today, 1 day after I begged). So even though I tried they just forced me into going out and purchasing their competitor which has more flavors and is cheaper because I'll be damned if I'm going out and paying $20 a box for pods and then have to deal with them in future. Damn I wish I would have just cancelled the shipment yesterday. Upper management when are you going to get a clue that these way too laid-back employees are destroying your company.

The pods are not reliable and they leak. Not all of them. So far 2 out of 4 work. The other two are junk. I like Juul when it works. They need to QA the pods before they sell them. I use Enjoy as well. The only problem I had with them is every now and then I get a dud.

I purchased the juul starter kit awhile back and everything was great. I ordered some new pods when I received them. They have no taste they are nothing like the ones I received when I purchased it the first time. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

Had a problem registering my device, (due to age verification issue---I'm 63!!) then had 2 leaking pods. With no way to register I have no way to get replacement pods. Seems like a convenient way not to have any customer support. I called the support line only to be told there is nothing they can do to help me on either issue. Worst support line I have ever encountered. Now I wish I chose a different product at the time of purchase. Very disappointed.

They changed the mango formula from the original. If you buy a mango pack with "5.0%" at the top right corner... you're probably getting a faulty pod. They constantly leak and its pretty annoying. The new mango flavor also sucks compared to the original.. I'm not sure why they would even change it because that original flavor was so great and popular. If they changed it because t was attracting the minor crowd... well the new mango is actually fruitier, but due to the leaking of EVERY POD that comes from a 5.0% pack it's not even worth it. I use my juul everyday, but if I can't find the original formula I'm no longer going to be buying it. I'm giving them 3 stars because the device is convenient. If they offered the originally mango pod it would be 5 stars all the way.

57 years I'm smoking until juul as of June 12th 2018. Instead of 12 mg's for each cigarette I am using 3mg's in a juul pod every other day! No more stinky and sticky nicotine on everything! Hooray for juul. 👍

Juul is great. I vape but juul is different and I dont have to keep buying a coil when I need to do is just buy juul cartridges. And its cost effective. Love it. But its definitely better than cigarettes.
