Great draw simulation BUT leaky pods and you never know when you'll get a mouthful of toxic oil.Yuck!!!

Getting ANYTHING shipped from this company is impossible. Go to your local smoke shop and find a different brand. The pods leak and the devices don’t hold a charge long and completely quit with no reason in other cases. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and I’m done them.

MOST Juul pods leak. Either into your mouth or from the bottom into the battery. Which wastes product fluid rapidly. When this device first came onto the market the battery lasted all day. Now, it lasts a few hours. Waste of money

Juul has helped me cut down my cigarette use to under 5 a day. Prior to Juul I smoked over a pack daily. I am breathing easier now and feel better. Also found that the pod won’t leak if you keep the Juul upright. It’s a great alternative to cigarettes

My Juul was faulty - they replaced it straight away!! Had a new Juul within 3 days of reporting it! Super easy to report on the website, amazing service, thank you Juul!! Amazing service!

For almost two years, it was great. Then, beginning in 2021, suddenly every single device and/or pod I bought would start leaking nicotine fluid into my mouth. I would have to immediately throw away a brand new pod. I ended up buying about 7 new devices and countless new pod packs trying to find a working combination, with very little success. I must have literally thrown away hundreds of dollars. When I contacted Juul customer support, I was told that, although I am able to buy their product at my local gas station, they are not legally allowed to ship product to me due to my states laws, and then they stopped answering my inquiries. They basically told me to F off and didn't even thank me for the hundreds of dollars I gave their company for faulty products. Words cannot possibly express how disappointed I am by this company. They simply Do. Not. Care. At all. Purchase at your own risk.

Juul sucks I bought one it doesn't work I had to buy another one it doesn't work and the workers at circle k have no idea how to work them or refund my money so I'm not happy at all!

Over 10 emails sent. Hardly a response. My husband got a juul, it did not work out of the package. So I emailed them, they helped me. I got approved for the claim and said they'd send out a new one. Never happened. Months go by I try to ask them, they say "Oh you have to send in a claim" I try to send them an email of the screenshot proving the claim went through and they already closed the case without helping. When I send them the email with the picture before they can close the case I never hear from them again AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I dropped my Juul at the beach today... almost got swept away into the ocean and it still works.... salt water and all 😎

I loved the Virginia tobacco but the past three months, all the pods I got were leaking to the point where a non leaking one lasted me two days. The leaking ones last a few hrs till it’s empty... and then! The past few pods I’ve gotten taste like SOAP. I don’t know if they messed up their ingredients or changed them but I’m really tired of wasting my money hoping that I get a good pack.

Until recently, I have had no complaints about Juul, they have a better price than buying in a store, and free shipping with a reasonable minimum order, which is easy to meet when you are buying a product you are addicted to and will buy and use, I usually order a few weeks worth every three weeks, always buying enough and re-ordering before I know I'll need more. Even before the pandemic I was unable to go to a store for my purchases, as I am a caregiver with no back up help for my mom who is home-bound, and we do all of our shopping online for delivery. I don't know of any store that will deliver tobacco products. But as of my last order, which went in on December 1st, and would normally have been delivered no later than December 4th at the very latest, I still haven't received the order as of today, December 9th and have been told by a rep of the customer service department that doesn't see the problem of someone in my situation that it won't be shipped for ANOTHER 2-3 days, even at this point, apparently, they got behind during the Thanksgiving holiday, November 28th, and I suppose they took off that Friday, too. Still, the label was printed, the USPS website has noted that they are awaiting receipt, all since the first, and the money was taken from my account on the third. Bear in mind, as well, that there was no warning on the website when I placed my order - the standard information saying my order would arrive in 2-3 business days was right there on my confirmation page. Not one word, even at a time when they must have fully known if they would be running so far behind in mailing out orders. I contacted Customer Service, and they are going to credit me 10% off my order, but nothing about rushing the order, and honestly, although most people are not in the position I'm in as a caregiver who cannot leave to buy the product from a retail location, getting some money back is not going to help my addiction and even keeping it at bay, anyone who has tried to quit smoking knows how hard it is to quit, especially cold turkey. I am just going to have to suffer withdrawals unless I can somehow find someone to go to the store to buy these for me. People don't understand how hard it is to be a sole caregiver to a homebound person, especially when there's a pandemic, both of us have at least two comorbities, and I don't have much of a support system to count on. Sadly, my Mom who I care for, was in the hospital for 5 days, but I was able to buy a two pack on the 2nd when she went in, and when the order status STILL hadn't changed and I'd gotten no notification about the delay, I did get out to buy a 4 pack on Saturday morning, but they are all gone now, and anyone who smokes knows this is when things get tough. If they had sent me word that this delay was happening, I would have bought as many 4 packs as I needed to get by until I got the order, but as I said, until I contacted them, they gave me no warning this was happening. Where once I was really happy with this mail order service, I am very much not at all happy about it right now. This isn't like not getting a Christmas present you ordered for someone a week late, but still before the 25th, as you can imagine. I did just read other reviews, and I do want to say as a product, this is my favorite of all the many I have tried. I use the 3% and it's just the right strength, and the flavor is just right for me. My problem is not at all with the product, or the normal shipping time, but with this specific incident and how they handled it.

I have bought 4 tainted packs in the last 2 months. I go to the gas station buy them, and they are usually always tasting weird, fishy, not right. Only one gas station I know of sells fresh pods. But I’m working and I can’t always go to that gas station. It’s too far. So I go to other ones and they sell bad product. I am done with juul. And I will continue to give 1 star reviews. This is unprofessional... can’t even depend on a gas station to have fresh pods. Most don’t and taste horrible. I have wasted now... basically $80 on tainted juul pods. I’m absolutely mad about this.

Used this for the last year.. Horrible, waste of money. Pods leak or burn without being used. I'm done wasting money on this product. Switching to another product today!

In recent months juul pods have really fell off 3 out of 4 pods leak there's nothing better then sucking in a punch of ejuice I strongly do not recommend this product. There's no way a pod should last only 8 hours I pray you go out of business cause the bottom line is they could careless about the quality of there product so thats means they can careless about there costumes. More then likely there going out of business and can careless about anything but making as much as they could before they go out DO NOT BUY
