I had bought a juul when I got home the device wouldn't charge, I contacted the store I got it from 2 hours after I bought they told me to go online Aug 2 one was mailed out and I still haven't received it I paid hard earned money for a machine I will not get untill next week not sure it was worth it.

The new Juul pods leak very quick and also Juul claims its new “technology” when in reality it’s worse then the old Juul pods.

Recently it seems like Juul has been releasing pods that leak on purpose just so customers will have to buy more. It could be due to shops selling old pods but I think Juul should have better quality control.

Over the past 6-8 months I have bought 4 Juul's and not one of them will now charge. Very costly experience for all the hype. Maybe they are getting what they deserved with all the current bad press

Everytime I have tried to contact customer service for help they make it impossible. I have used a Juul device for over a year now and when i lost it and tried to request a replacement, which is a feature on the website, I do not get the promo code for the discount sent to my email like it is supposed to. Then when I chat with a representative to solve the issue the representatives are incompetent and have no clue what they are doing. It also says if you get disconnected they will follow up with a call or email which never happens. Trying to talk to someone on the phone is also nearly impossible. They are absolutely terrible at handling customer service. For such a large company that could stand to make a whole lot of improvements in this area.

The JUUL was a great e-cig, BUT their base units are badly manufactured and do not last for a year. I've had 6 of them in two years and of those only one still works. JUUL custom service is one of the worst I've ever seen. These people should not be allowed to produce a consumer product.

Received not one but even my second one was junk did not hold charge pods leak you cannot get a hold of customer service at $50 each they are pooping on people not a happy customer would not recommend

I stopped smoking cigarettes almost a yearr ago, and decided to vape. My choice was the Vuse e-cig. From what research I had gathered, it was the newest and best replacement for the Juul. I absolutely loved it, after I hated it. Unfortunately, its taken some damage over the 10 months I've had it, so I wanted to replace it. Went with the new Juul --- NOT impressed. I don't like the small carts, I don't like the charging system, I don't like the popping sound I hear when I puff on it. To be honest, the cost is not worth the change. My Vuse pen is missing a magnet for charging, but still satisfies my nicotine craving better than the new Juul could ever dream of. My advice to the manufacturers would be to stick to one idea and make it RIGHT if you want my hard earned money.....that is all

Love the juul but no matter the pod i try it leaks into my mouth or out the bottom.so half the product is gone making it way to expensive to use.they say its customer error but my opinion they are junk and waisted money.

The customer service for juul is the most poor excuse of human beings I’ve ever encountered. I would never buy anything from this company again after speaking with these representatives. Absolutely pathetic!

The oils taste awful and the draw is very weak. There is no phone number to call, no customer service.

pods are too expensive and barely last half a day. Having to charge it at least twice a day, waste of money, about as expensive as smoking for me, I’ll stick with the ecig I was using before. Such a shame because the design is cool.

Today I switched to NJOY. I went on the JUUL website to get a subscription in hopes to receive some promotions and discounts. I sent them my drivers license front and back so they could verify my age but I must have put something in the account wrong. They couldn't verify my age and deactivated the account and said I could never sign up on the website again. Its a one shot try. I think this system is ridiculous.

Lately I've purchaced a lot of defective pods. And they aren't cheap so back to smoking cigarettes until I find another product. They use to work great and I enjoyed it during that time but when you get the urge and it fails whats the point?

GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE! nearly every single juul pod I've used leaks into my mouth and it's the most disgusting thing you can imagine. The ones that don't leak into your mouth are either unvapable because they burn too hot or not hot enough and the rest are empty. This is just about the worst product of any kind that I've ever used in my life. If more than 90% of the juul pods are defective, then there's no point in buying the battery. This is just a terrible product all around.

What a joke. Bought Juul recently and what a rip off!! After a cpl days the pods tasted burnt and that nasty taste will NOT go away!! Pods leak out and get in your mouth constantly. At least 1-2 pods out of every pack have been halfway empty and literally ran out after 10 puffs!!! And again-this has been a repeat occurrence. It’s expensive and NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! Quality is sub-par!!! I’m done!! And CANNOT RECOMMEND TO SNYONE!!!

I switched to Juul after many years with a reg vape pen. I have not been impressed. Worked ok for about a week then it was all down hill, and every new pod I tried just tasted burnt and gross and it hurts my throat. And I tried 3-4 diff packs of pods. What a sad joke. Never again.

So annoying! After a few uses it is difficult to get it charged. Further, I've now had three that will no longer charge. Also, the pods sometimes leak!
